Scott Sanders of Sanders & Montalto contacted my law firm in approximately 2007 because he was suing a manufacturer that failed to pay substantial commissions to a sales rep from my state of Pennsylvania. Since the lawsuit was to be filed in Pennsylvania, we acted as local counsel and together with his firm obtained a settlement for our client.
