The trainers here really make sure that you: 1. Train your hardest 2: stay safe 3: make substantial progress, and 4: have fun while training. Matt and Joe really care about their clients no matter the age. I trained here for a couple of years and have never felt better about my performance and my confidence. They also work on your nutritional needs. Everyone here is friendly and it is a great environment to be in. I highly recommend The Factory to be the place you workout at no matter your goals and needs.

My son attended The Factory Prep Academy 2020-2021and had the best possible experience! Matt Robinson does a phenomenal job programming for each individual athlete. Additionally, he teaches the value of nutrition in conjunction with weight training. My son experienced massive improvements with all lifts, agility, speed, endurance and mobility! He is now a freshman in HS and has made the varsity water polo and basketball teams. This would not have been possible if it weren’t for the specific training/coaching he received from Matt and the other talented coaches.

I have known about The Factory since I was young but never fully joined their program until my junior/senior year of high school when I decided that I really wanted to play football at the next level. I trained with Matt and Joe for about two years and saw major improvements in my strength, mobility, knowledge and overall athleticism. Not only did I develop a whole new body and mindset at The Factory but I also formed many relationships with other athletes and of course the trainers. I ended up being blessed with many opportunities to play at the next level and I credit tons of that to The Factory and their elite program that they run. I am now playing football at Oregon State and love coming home not only to catch up with everyone but also train. The Factory is a family and I am so blessed to be able to be a part of it.

Matt and Joe have been a great help with getting all 3 of my kids to understand how to compete at a high level. The knowledge that Matt has goes above and beyond. The workouts that they put my kids through always had my kids ready for game time. Physically and Mentally!!!

The Factory is an excellent facility, state of the art training. The trainers and owner are professional, well educated and enthusiastic. They help you reach your goals, get into shape and provide a positive environment. I would recommend The Factory to anyone both young and old.

Matt and his staff are great. They don't rush through the class and kids are learning something new in every class.

The best place to workout! Being a high performance division 1 athlete, the factory has 100% always been my favorite place to workout, especially when I’m home on breaks. For young athletes or older athletes, the factory is the place to be.

Attend the 6:00AM weekday "boot camp". Knowledgeable, friendly instructors & wide variety of exercises. Challenging, but geared to abilities of people in the class. Can go at your own pace. Matt also offers very helpful advice about nutrition.

Matt and Joe are amazing working with the athletes. My son has been going for 2+ years and has improved exponentially. I can’t recommend The Factory enough.
