I have usually preferred to go to Toyota of Orange instead of this location for service because of a bad experience several years ago. Decided to bring my corolla in for service here today and was very pleased with the result. Service Advisor Eduardo Romero was professional, polite, and very easy to talk to. He didn't try to upsell me on any B.S. like some places do. When I came to pick up my car he saw that there wasn't anyone at the desk for pickups and he tracked someone down to get my car for me in a timely manner.

I will definitely be back in the future, and I hope all of the staff here are as professional and awesome as Mr. Romero.
