My daughter recently had braces and an expander put in and we had such a good experience! There was a friendly atmosphere, excellent customer service and clear communication regarding our treatment plan. I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional level of care and attention we received. In addition to the outstanding level of care, Dr. DiGiovanni’s practice also made my daughters visit special by offering amazing incentive programs for getting good grades and visiting the dentist for regular cleanings. They truly value and reward their patients’ commitment to their dental health. Overall, our experience has been nothing short of exceptional and I cannot recommend Dr. DiGiovanni enough!

Dr. DiGiovanni’s office is by far one of the most welcoming, decorative, and professional orthodontics. It’s a beautiful feeling for children and for adults. I, myself, feel so pampered and cared for while just sitting in the waiting room. Once you have your check up, your care team never fails to explain every step of your treatment and what to expect next. Dr. DiGi and his team are true experts in the orthodontics field and you will not regret saying yes to Dr. DiGi. After experiencing Dr. DiGi’s level of professionalism and experience, he was the first ortho doctor I thought of when my husband’s teeth began to shift! Both my husband and I were very happy with our ortho care and our decision in trusting Dr. DiGiovanni.

I have been going to Dr.Giovanni's office for more than 10 years and have always had a great experience and service. Love this office. Dr. Nasoff is such as such a wonderful doctor. She is always smiling and positive. She takes her time to exam my teeth and to answer any quesions I may have. My teeth are doing great, but was told...I need to wear my retainers more...oops :)

Simply THE BEST!! We chose to trust Dr. DiGiovanni with both of our kids' orthodontic treatment because my husband, who is a general dentist, did a dental study club with Dr. DiGiovanni and my husband got to see first-hand just how knowledgeable and caring Dr. DiGiovanni is. Forget the fact that he has a beautiful office near Fashion Island; he is so kind and gentle with the kids; he is so experienced and has already successfully treated many of our friends' kids, as well, Dr. DiGiovanni always goes the extra mile and makes sure that whatever issues you have concerns about gets addressed in a timely and thorough manner. For example, my husband and I really did not want to have to pull any of our kids' teeth, if possible, for orthodontic treatment. So, Dr. DiGiovanni made sure that spacers were put into my son's mouth early on, before the braces even go on. This way, there would be enough space for our son's teeth to grow in and we will most likely not have to pull any of his permanent teeth to make room. Yay!! Also, our daughter was referred to go see an oral surgeon before treatment started to make sure that her teeth will grow in properly and to see if any baby teeth needed to be pulled first. We really appreciate Dr. DiGiovanni taking all of these precautionary steps before treatment even starts, to make sure that the procedures go smoothly and we don't have to pull any of the kids' permanent teeth in order to make their teeth straight, with a good bite, in the end. THANK YOU, Dr. DiGiovanni!! We can't wait for the kids to start their treatment. We're confident that the results will be more than spectacular!!

Dr DiGi’s office staff are super nice, helpful and efficient. I had a retainer made and it was done in one day. Let me repeat one day and it fits perfectly. I highly recommend him. A rarity these days to find such a great doctor. He is top notch.

What an all around great experience my family and I have had over the past 5 years at Doctor Di Giovanni's Office. My 2 children and I have all been in or currently are in treatment and have found the office consistently to be friendly, professional, efficient and produce beautiful smiles.

The office is beautiful and welcoming. From the moment you walk into the office you know it is a special place. You're always greeted with a friendly smile from the assistant to make you feel welcome. There is a computer that you type your name into and like clock work you are greeted and seated for your appointment. In 5 years I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes for an appointment and we are usually seen on time and out on time. That alone is impressive from a doctor's office.

The staff is amazing. I need to mention Wendy in that my daughter is very fearful and she always jokes and laughs with her and she even bought her a toy. But all of the staff is notable--well trained, friendly and gentle.

I appreciate Dr. Di Giovanni spending time each visit to talk to us about our treatment. I admire his style in that he is very interactive and friendly and very professional. On more than one occasion he has called or emailed us to follow up on treatment.

Dr. DiGi and his staff have treated all three of my children as well as myself. The experience has been top notch in every way. Their professionalism and customer friendliness is unmatched. I always felt welcome and well taken care of in every way. The set up of the office with tv screens on the ceiling at each station, games in the waiting room, and a coffee bar made going to the orthodontist a fairly nice experience. When I had to change or cancel appointments, the front desk was always so accomodating and friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

Our 9 yr. old son, Diego, will be completing his treatment with Dr.DiGi and getting his braces off in a couple weeks. It's bitter-sweet as the service and vibe of the office is SO AMAZING!! Dr. DiGi and his staff have done an amazing job branding themselves and creating an ideal environment to make the entire family comfortable. Diego has been excited for every appointment! Staff members willing invited us into the appointment and explained the purpose of each appointment, thus we've understood the entire process. Coming from the Surf Industry, I understand the importance of image, branding and service... the goal is to make each "transaction" seamless, Dr. DiGi & Dr. Cook have done it!!!

Dr. Digi and his staff have been treating my brother and I for years. Throughout the process, they have been very welcoming and friendly. The cool offices and competitions make the experience more enjoyable. The front desk is always accomodating whether we need to schedule a last-minute appointment or cancel. I definitely recomend this practice.

I am simply in awe! Talk about a well organized practice that makes you feel welcome from the minute you make the initial call. I took my son to an ortho a few years ago and lets just say that the results were less than acceptable. He mentioned that most of his friends at school are a patient of this practice and we should make an appt with Dr. DiGiovanni. I am VERY glad that we did! There was no pressure and in fact Dr. DiGiovanni recommended that we do minimum work to fix our concerns. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs an orthodontist. This review was a long time coming. If you are looking up Dr DG, chances are that you or your child need braces.

I met Dr DG as a 38 year old with a crossbite/ underbite. Prior to this, I had consults with at least 2 other Newport orthos (one of them was actually my child's ortho), and all of them had the same general recommendation: to have jaw surgery which involved breaking my jaw to align it properly, and then get in braces for about 2+ years. I did NOT want to do this, at age 38.

What I wanted was camouflage dentistry with sustainable results. (I discovered that this was an option because I became friendly with another dentist. Up until then, I didn't even realize it was an option or I would have done it sooner.)

I met with Dr DG and he was the ONLY ortho that got it. We did Xrays, went thru treatment and surgery options (yes, I fully understood and signed off on the risks and just to be sure, met with 2 independent oral surgeons - one that he recommended and another reputable one). I did a ton of research on the web, even watched a jaw surgery on Youtube (super gross, don't do it)!

I will not describe my specific treatment plan (you should understand your own, though)- but let me put it this way. About 18-20 months of clear braces and other stuff later, my teeth look awesome. They really do. I am so happy with the results, I get compliments all the time, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Don't get me wrong. I did not love being IN braces. But, I love my teeth now. And working with Dr DG made what would have been a not-fun experience, productively fun.

Dr DG and his staff were a dream to work with. They were accommodating, caring, gentle when needed, quick with offering the Advil (ha!), fast when I needed to get somewhere else, flexible about fitting me in (even after hours) when "something just isn't right" and always explained to me what was going on with my teeth and (the inevitable question at about 18 months)- HOW MUCH LONGER AND WHY. Always.

Another always- I always saw Dr. DG at every appointment, so he had full mastery of what he wanted to do with this complicated case. He stayed as long as he needed to- could be 5 minutes ("OK, we're on course here, carry on") or he could be 25 minutes. I did not feel rushed.

If cost is an issue, Dr DG;s quote for my treatment (the braces part) was exactly the same as everybody else's. Or less, actually (since it ended up not involving the jaw surgery). Incidentally, I did not interview Dr DG for my children's ortho care because someone told me that he was expensive. That's just not true. I wish I knew then what I know now.

The results I received from Dr DiGi were exactly what I was hoping for.
Because I used the Accelerator, the 7 months I had invisalign trays sped by. I'm almost sorry my treatments are over; I'm really going to miss his capable, happy and loving staff!
