Both Catherine and Raul were extremely helpful and courteous at the San Miguel Rite Aide Pharmacy.

I like this pharmecy. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and kind. Few times, I had issues answer she help me with it. Good place to shop for vitamin .

The manager of this store is an absolutely amazing person. Very friendly very helpful and absolutely an asset to this company. The store is always clean, neatly stalked and his staff is amazing as well.

I usually come to pick up my grandma's medicine and they are always pretty quick even though they seem really busy.

This pharmacy is the BEST! Good selection of other products as well!

This location has drastically improved their check out process. I used to avoid this place if I could ut now it's a pleasure to shop here.

Rite Aid is okay, it is close and convenient, but it doesn't have the personality and great inventory that the Guild Drug (which used to be here) did.

They seem to be perpetually understaffed.

Store clerk Gabriel was super rude, when I told her that she antagonized me further. Why would you have a person like that working in your store. What a waste of everyone's time.

One of the reasons Rite Aid is going out of business. I had a one time prescription of Metoprolol Tartrate 30 day supply, this is a $4 prescription without insurance at Walmart.
Picked up prescription at Rite Aid and paid $3, and thought it is a cheap generic drug even better than Walmart price. But NO, Rite Aid without asking files claim on my insurance. I went to ask why, and she said it is just something they do.
I asked how much is prescription without insurance, she said $87. I was shocked $4 Walmart and $87 Rite Aid. Hoping this was a mistake, but will follow-up.

Update a year later- they changed the pharmacy hours without any type of notice to customers (idk if that’s too much to ask but it would be helpful when people are coming regularly), so that was unfortunate bc even though I already paid for my prescriptions and staff is there behind the desk, I can’t get them. However what bothered me more is that I was right in front of the two people still there, and through the gate that goes up at closing I asked “I thought you closed at 9?” And the pharmacist or tech standing closer looked at me, mumbled something to the other person, who told him to ignore me. And they both continued looking down pretending like I wasn’t standing there. Like what? You can’t even acknowledge a customer who is standing in front of you asking a question?? I then got out my phone to look up the store website and see the hours have been changed to open an hour later and close an hour earlier. So I asked “when did you change ur hours” and the person at the computer finally responded and told me it was a couple days ago. Was it that hard to just respond to a customer after you abruptly changed your hours just a few days ago? I was standing right in front of you asking a very simple question, you both heard me, looked up to see me right there, looked at and spoke to each other, and just completely ignored me. Sorry but if you don’t like helping people or dealing with the public don’t work at a pharmacy. I’m just trying to pick up meds that I already paid for and have to take every day.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. They hate helping people, refuse to help, return your rx if you don’t pick it up immediately, are incredibly rude, just horrendous.

Waited in line to buy ice and was told I need to get the ice first. Came back with the ice and had to wait 5 minutes holding the cold ice. 3 cashiers up front, one of them should have got the ice for me, but instead I had to wait in line twice. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Giving this place 1 star because of Kelly's horrible costumer service!
I called to ask for an item. Kelly shouted no and hung up on me!
I understand if they are busy or she's having a bad day but if I'm driving from one rite aid to another I would appreciate it if she could actually check for me!

Very bad customer service. And also very rude cashier and her manager getting an attitude because he had to go back and get change for my purchase. I guess I'll stick to CVS

Closes too early to be practical. There's also never enough people at the register.
