Levi’s Store

Although I still need to get my buttons on my jeans I'm glad I seen the embroidery. I would like something else customized for my special blessings. I did speak to the Taylor and he does sound great. If you Read your social media will you be able to get me a price about my wishes. Thank you, the roses are beautiful.

This Levi’s store is great, but the real magic is Rodrigo the tailor/designer! He is amazing! This location has a custom tailor shop inside. Rodrigo took an old pair of my husbands Levi’s, did an incredibly complicated tailoring job to make them fit me, then custom designed the most gorgeous rose embroidery work that wraps around the leg. I came in with a concept and he brought it to life. So excited about these jeans!

Hidden gem. They have a tailor at this location. You can customize and get fun with your jeans or jackets for that matter. Nate helped me out and went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me hmm and haww over cuts, sizes and helped me with the hemming process. You can even customize by adding patches, different colored buttons and a logo design on the back. I can't wait for my new jeans 😍. Thank you Nate for helping me out even through close.

I’m gonna go ahead and leave this review according to the service that we received. My husband brought a pair of jeans here to get fixed and not only do we get it back way later than was promised, but the rivet fell off not too soon after were the Tailor had fixed the waistband… When we brought it back to the store, they said they may not have the tool to fix the rivet… How do you not have the tool to fix a rivet in a denim store? I just expect more from Levi’s. We won’t be coming back here. I’m a seamstress myself and this is unacceptable. The service is ridiculous. Don’t even bother wasting your time, you’re better off going to a local Tailor .

Employees are unhelpful and cold.
