Called Chick's because our toilet was having some major problems and not draining - they had someone out the same day and the technician was extremely friendly and professional. Very thoroughly walked me through what they needed to do, quoted a very reasonable price, and had it done within less than an hour! Even cleaned up nicely before leaving. Super happy with Chick's plumbing - they were recommended to me and I would recommend them too.

Brett from Chicks just did an amazing job of figuring out some 60 year old old gas piping issues.... set me up with the ability to hook up a new stove and (more importantly) I now have shut off valves inside the house at the major appliances instead of just the meter.. He did what two other plumbers, a handyman, and an appliance installer couldn't do....and did it neatly and professionally. When he was done I felt confident that the job was done right, and now know exactly where upgrades need to take place at a future date. I should have called Chick's first, having lived in San Clemente long enough to know that! Great work done at an unbeatable price! Thank you Brett and thank you Chicks!

They came 45 min after I made the initial call and replaced our water heater the next day. Just happy to have access to hot water again. This was my third time having them work at our unit over the past 6 yrs. all great experiences. ty!

Had someone come out to clear my kitchen sinks. When he finished he wanted to sell me a $500 garbage disposal. A week later I called back saying my sinks were still clogged. I was told that there would be an addition $100+ charge for coming back out to redo the work because there was no guarantee. I decided against having them come out. Instead I went to a competitor. Now my drains are clear AND I was given a 30 day guarantee!! Sorry Chick's, I've gone to the competition. They treat me better.

We called to have them snake a drain, we asked for a truck mounted system to blast out the clog from the start as our property management firm has a snake system on hand. The plumber who showed up said he would arrange this. He did not have the tool he needed to fix this and handed us a bill for twice what a reputable firm would have charge. Beware of Chicks plumbing. There customer service is appalling and unprofessional. BEWARE! Do not use them!

The leaked water was lukewarm, steaming in cold winter outdoor air. Their diagnosis was I have a pipe leak of cold water line, possibly two pipes. Their recommendation was to repipe the entire pipes in the house. Later, I had another company come. They diagnosed the leak in the hot water pipe to laundry. They capped the proximal portion of the pipe and stopped the leak immediately.
