Excellent response time. There was no service fee to show up. Oscar the technician for HVAC was very professional, he educated me on the reason for my furnace/thermometer outage. He arrived promptly, had excellent communication skills. I plan to continue to use Stephens Plumbing for all my HVAC and plumbing needs. I also learned my HVAC was likely under warranty for parts but luckily it only required Oscar to reset several switches and to recommend a filter change. I also found out my filter that was in the unit was undersized by 1 inch. He wrote the correct dimension down.

I had Stephens repair furnaces at 2 of my houses. Very professional. Highly recommended by friends. Solved both issues in a very short period of time. I highly recommend them and will use them for bigger jobs

When we unexpectedly needed a new furnace, and the entire heating system replaced, we got an estimate from Stephens. We received a detailed estimate that clearly outlined everything that was needed and work was able to begin the next day. Freddy and the entire crew were friendly, professional, and efficient. They cleaned up the house and were very respectful of the property. We are very happy with the work and will be using them for future heating or plumbing needs.

I had my AC die during the worst possible time, and Stephens’ were able to get a tech out the same day that fixed the issue in 10 mins. They were the ONLY company that would even entertain coming out the same day in an unreasonably hot summer; my office is in my home, so it was imperative to all aspects of both my days and nights that I could get the issue fixed the same day. Omar, my tech, was the nicest guy, one hundred percent honest, and without any sales agenda. A wonderful guy that fixed the issue and passed on a wealth of tips and advice in the process. I’m genuine when I say that Stephens’ Plumbing and HVAC has made a client for as long as they’re in business.

Pancho is the best!!! He came out and throughly looked over my AC unit and discovered it was a minor fix rather than a major one which I was anticipating. Stephens is a great company and always comes through especially with people like Pancho!!

The man was very honest. We got a previous estimate from another company of 480$ it was a loose wire. All we paid was the service charge and we were happy to pay it! Thanx guys!

Just want to add to my prior review the following: I had Stephen's Plumbing clear the drain from my laundry which was starting to back up into kitchen sink. This morning I did load of laundry, and guess what. The back up was worse than before. I will be calling a different plumber to fix it this time. Will not ever use, or recommend Stephen's Plumbing. Unfortunately, it cost me $212 to find out they would not be of any use to me.
