Nick from Parvizal provided excellent customer service AND technical expertise in clearing my kitchen sinks yesterday.

He cleared a large bag and some metal wire (yes) that was lodged deep in the pipes. It was not an easy or quick job, but Nick was professional and positive throughout.

Nick ensured everything was working perfectly and left the area cleaner than when he found it. Having a professional Parzival plumber made a big difference in this job.

I can’t say enough good things about our experiences with Parzival Plumbing. We have called on them four times in the past ~14 months and each time, without fail, they have proven to be punctual, competent, friendly, and fair. They have a super convenient appointment request form on their website and they communicate via text, which is a huge draw for folks like me who sometimes have less than ideal phone reception or just haven’t had the requisite amount of coffee to “people” yet.

As further testament to the depth of their dedication, Parzival Plumbing made note of the make and model of our tankless water heater so they could proactively keep parts on hand that would otherwise take weeks to arrive (on the off chance something breaks further down the line).

As far as pricing, I feel you get a more than fair price for what is essentially bespoke service. Parzival Plumbing is the first plumbing company I’ve encountered with a core value system and they adhere to them in everything they do. Needless to say, they have earned our business now and in the future. Thanks again, guys!

Another successfully satisfying resolution with Parzival! A vanity sink basin in one of the restrooms at my office building had a hole in it and was leaking into the shelving every time the sink was used. Karen, at Parzival's office, is kind and responsive. She had a appointment set up quickly with excellent communication! Mike arrived to the scheduled appt with a friendly and helpful attitude. He diagnosed the problem and had an estimate for me within minutes. After giving the go-ahead with repairs, Mike arrived for the repair visit just as professional and service-oriented as his first visit. He has a great sense of humor too. I am very pleased with Parzival Plumbing and will continue to patron this business!!!

A soild pool of water appeared in an isolated flower bed early morning Nov 8th. Called Parizval due to my neighbor's recommendation and got Karen who put me in touch and assigned Mike to check out my situation. Mike arrived and immediately knew it was a mainline break. We shut off the main valve from the City meter to prevent a wast of $. Thursday & Friday, they brought in the boring company to replace a new pipe just by removing concrete by the meter and by the house. The old pipe had multiple pin-hole leaks spewing small but visible streams of water that already wetted the soil 3 feet below. Mike and his Parzival crew finished the job by Friday morning as he did not want to leave me hanging for another easy-fix plumbing issue elsewhere. The mainline (over 50 years old) was replaced. I chatted with Mike along the way and learned a few things as I always have with these professionals. He had been with Parzival six years but is very experienced as I watch him solder pipe joints. I would have given the review ealier but was swamped (no pun intended) with work. Thank you Mike (and Karen) for giving us a piece of mind before the holidays.

The owner, Thomas, came with another member of his team. They were on time, efficient, thorough and took the time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand. I know Thomas personally and I wouldn’t think of having anyone else work on my home’s plumbing. He is ethical and very proud of the quality of work his company provides. I have a big job that needs to be done but I’m confident in hiring Parzival Plumbing.

Parzival returns calls quickly and is usually able to arrive the same day. Work is done professionally and for a fair price. We have used them five times now and will call them next time too.

They did a great job locating my sewer line. Timely and professional. Tanner did the job quickly and provided all of the information i needed.

Tanner and Nick helped us with installing a water softener and filtration system. They’re both very hard working and professional and do a great job of explaining everything throughout the process. We look forward to working with them again in the future and would highly recommend them and the whole Parzival team!

Parzival Plumbing never disappoints! Their friendly staff right from the start is instilling confidence in me that they have me covered in whatever plumbing need/emergency I have. I will never call anyone else! From Karen, Mike and then Cody (with his sidekick, Andrew) were just awesome. Mike did a great job! He got straight to the issue and executed it! Hopefully we won't need plumbing any time soon, If we do, I'll call Parzival Plumbing again!

I contacted Parzival Plumbing after realizing my water heater had gone out one morning. It is worth noting that they were not the first company I called. They weren’t even the quickest company to be able to come out (even though they made it to me incredibly quick… the same day). But they were by far the friendliest and most professional. So I cancelled the other appointments I made with other plumbers… I am glad I did. Everyone I worked with here was fantastic. Astrid and Eileen were texting me updates of when the plumber would be showing up that included the name and picture of who I was expecting as well as a link to my paperwork, estimates, etc.

I ended up needing a new water heater (no surprises. My old one outlived the expectancy by about 5 years). But I also received options and estimates of not only a replacement but the cost to repair as well. I was incredibly impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and patience of the plumber Jasen as I had many questions.

They were able to come out the very next morning to install the new water heater.

When you can’t take a warm shower because your water heater went out, this is the company you want taking care of you. They were quick, efficient, communicative, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing work done.

This evening, we had a faucet that we could not shut off without shutting off all water to the house. Nick arrived within just 30 minutes of my initial call to Karen at Parzival which was amazing! He was very professional and helpful and was able to fix the faucet quickly which saved us from having to go through the night with no water to the house. We are so very thankful for the care and service we received.

Nick showed up on time, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, well equipped and prepared. He did the work expertly and went to extra effort to be thorough in assessing and correcting the problem.

I cannot say enough good things about Parzival Plumbing. The main line from our water meter broke yesterday morning, and they were able to adjust their schedule to have somebody out two hours earlier than they originally promised. Thomas, Elijah, and one were pleasant and professional. This was my third time using possible plumbing. I I just call them when I need a plumber.

Called Carlos at Parzival for a dishwasher drain issue. He was very friendly, courteous and responsive to our same day needs. Carlo dispatched Chris who was on time, clean, wore booties without asking, and for right to the task. He solved it quickly and charged me only the trip fee. We have used Parzival in the past and would recommend them above others we used in Newport Beach in the past. Give them a try.
