7-Eleven

This location at 1097 Baker Street, Costa Mesa, CA is the one I have shopped at the most of any in my area. I come by early on Sundays around 8:30am for Rockstars (Zero Sugar, the Watermelon Kiwi, THE best!) and um...a Snickers...and I am here to give a much-deserved shout out to Judy. She is always sweet, warm smile, and super efficient even when it gets crazy (or gets crazies...not judging, it's just a fact, there are a number of street dudes here in CM and most are chill but not always...) I have been wanting to submit a review on her (and Joe, he's a nice gent) behalf because if one works with the public, one knows it can be challenging...even worse since Covid! so all the more reason we all need to take time to show support and not say we're too busy to do so...Thanks, Judy, for being a bright light in this kooky world! (and a TY to 7/11 for serving my snack-craving needs...)

It's a clean organized store, it has an ATM inside the store. The people working there is friendly, educated and makes an effort to assist you when you requested it.

Went to this 7-11 and I ordered 2 whole pizzas. The short hispanic man at the register wanted to sell me 1 whole pizza that he supposedly just took out of the oven but put it in the window to sell by slices. I told him I wanted 2 fresh pizzas and he told me that it would be 20 minutes. Every 7-11 I’ve been to only takes 3-5 minutes to heat up the pizzas. This guy was a lazy as* or he’d just rather chop it up with his buddy that was there with him (not an employee). Supposedly the managers name is Will. Will, if you’re reading this, fire him.

Went here for some late night ice cream and on the ice cream fridge it said buy two get one free, when I went to the register the deal didn’t register and I told them, the worker said no to the deal even though it didn’t expire till the next day I reread it, he said no rudely, so I put the ice cream back, and left after getting in my car the worker checked the deal, and took off the sticker. Just rude service and it ruined my night. On top of that every year I’ve tried to go on 7/11 day, the free cups magically ran out.

The Cashier got my order wrong 4 times now. He might have alzheimer's disease. I live close by and he keeps charging me extra or wrong order. I told him to please charge me right amount this time but he just left to help another couple that wanted to buy beer.

Just left and this 5'6 looking Caucasian heavy guy working was on his iPhone talking and I stood there for about a min just to get a hotdog. He didnt help me. I had to leave because im woking but he should be too not on a personal call. Next time i see him and have time. Im going to have a word with him. I had to waste my lunch brake for this guy.. now im hungry.
