Fortune Mandarin Restaurant

This is my go to Asian food restaurant....eat in or take out. Food is consistently excellent. I personally love the moo shu pork and broccoli beef, Mongolian.....service is good, tea is good, and crab/cheese wontons are to die for.

Came across this place while trying to wait out 2 accidents on the freeway. Everything i tried was good. Lots of parking good location and easy to access other directions of i5. Prices are pretty standard. Portions were okay.

Traveling thru from California. Found on Google map. Great food! Beautiful presentation! Large portions! Thumbs-up on the honey pork spare ribs, walnut shrimp, house special Mei fun and house sizling platter!
Also.. we were worried about the hot indicator on the menu for the sizling platter. When asked she said it is cooked at 3, would we like the hot lowered to 2 or 1? What a great idea, heat levels! Love this place!!

Great service! Ample portions! All my favorites just as I like them. The lunch special is a great deal.

Great food, quick service. Jasmine tea was delicious. Would like to see chopsticks on the table instead of asking for them. Price was fair and service was great. Constant checking in without being over bearing.

My family has been eating here over 20years! Staff Hass always treated up like family! Whether we lived on Orcas Island, LaConner, Bellevue, Seattle, and Snohomish, we make it a point to visit! Hot and sour soup is our family favorite, but honestly, everything is amazing!!! Thank you for still being here and being amazing!!!

I picked up a rather large, complex to-go order and it was perfect and well packaged. Food was fantastic too!

Love their Broccoli in garlic sauce. Shrimp dishes are all good. Kung Pao Chicken was very good too.

This place is great love their sizzling rice soup.

Visiting this city and had driven around looking for places to eat for a long while. Found this jewel on Google and so happy we did. The entire experience was top notch.

I cannot tell you how long it’s been since waitstaff poured our drinks at the table, nor can I remember how long it’s been since our leftovers were boxed for us.
It is in the details!!! The food is quality and can tell it’s fresh. Cooked to order. Nothing was out of place. Ambience was perfect. Peaceful.
The jasmine tea authentic and the flowery aroma of the tea relaxing. Blended just right.

This is not a chain so please go ahead and try for yourself. If I lived here this would be a weekly addition.

This place is truly a gem. If you want to enjoy a restaurant that has excellent food this is the place.

Had a delicious egg flower soup, house special egg foo young, and mu shu pork with duck sauce. Very attentive waitstaff, good prices & value, very nice (& immaculately clean) restaurant. We’ll be back...and we had to drive 25 miles one-way to get there, so that’s saying something all by itself. Nice menu selections, also...much variety. 👍🏼

We recently had them cater a graduation party The food was fantastic as well as the personal service we received from the owners. They delivered it to us family style with all the trimmings on time and it was delicious. Everyone at our event bragged and commented on how good the food was. We look forward to our next event.

This is the best mandarin food choices in Mt.Vernon. My son gets the Mongolian Beef 5* very spicy. My son says it's the best in the state.
My husband love the Mu Shu. fresh chopped veggies with chicken. Eat it right off your plate....or roll it up in the tortilla type pancake add the hosin sauce and enjoy!
For me sometimes I'll pick a common dish that the majority of people order.
The sweet and sour chicken, almond chicken, chow mien all very tasty.
However my new thing about eating out.
Is to try something new. Something I've not had before. It has been a fun adventure for my taste buds.
Everything has been wonderful.
Even some of the spicy items have been great.
Family friendly.
They also have a full bar.
Highly recommend stopping by and sampling the menu.
If you are a soup person....the sizzling rice soup....Yummy!!

Probably best chinese food I've had in years. Service was real good. Atmosphere comfortable, sat 10 at table with lazy susan middle. Food was served quickly, fresh and hot.

Best and freshest Chinese I've ever had in The PNW..outside Seattle. Very good service, friendly staff, and ex talent delivery. All around .. I reccomend the Walnut Shrimp.. so fresh so succulent without being too sweet.
