H2GO Car Wash

Getting a car wash as I write this today. Love this local car wash of mine. Honestly the nicest staff work here! I decided to write a review, they are always so helpful, they have such positive energy. I genuinely enjoy having a membership and getting my car washed. Well kept and clean as well.

Time to officially give this place a shout out! I've been in a member there for about a year or so I think and I have not had one bad experience. not one. The staff there are all super friendly. They're all super cool, always smiling, always helpful; you couldn't ask for better staff. I have not met one uncool person who works there. Recently, my card had fraud on it and I forgot that it was linked to my account and showed up there for a car wash when I got up there I realized that the system wouldn't let me in because my card on file was bad. I didn't have any cards on me either! the manager there, Chase still helped me get a car wash and was just super easy-going about it. I own a few men's salons in OC and as a business owner i can say it would be proud to have a guy like that on my team. going to get my new card back in file, I won't go anywhere else for a car wash! Extra shout out to my homeboy Alex who works there. He's a great dude! Hard worker, always has a smile on and always helping out. love it! keep it yup y'all. thank you! PS- great value! Best Drive-thru Car Wash I've been to!

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Wash does a good job and love the vacuums/carpet cleaner and air gun you can use afterwards.

I love this! It’s near my house and I drive through anytime I’m in the car! My car is black so every speck of dust shows. I like the free vacuum and mat washer too. Staff is friendly as well and helpful too

We love this car wash. Love that we can go as much as we want. It's great that we can go around to the back side and dry off the car and use the vacuum and can even wash the car mats if we want. Nice employees too.

Super friendly, vacuums are excellent, and an area for cleaning your mats. I drive Lyft and this place makes my car ready for customers

We've been subscribed since this location opened. We love it. Weekly washes, more if we notice a bird did their thing. Fast and easy.

I paid for a monthly plan and Norman the manager gave me EXEMPLARY customer service. He went above and beyond and removed a sticker inside my windshield. I just moved her from Louisville. This is a cool place and highly maintained. With your monthly membership you can come as many times as you like. Great job Mr. Norman! Thank you to Jalen and Daria we’re wonderful too.

Daria is so sweet. I hope she is able to stay there. There’s nothing to complain about here. You get a good deal tbh. I enjoy going because doing it in your own promotes mobility and although not a perfect workout, but better than sitting at a full service car wash and eating chips while waiting. Stay Active everyone! Idk about your cars, but I’ve updated all my cars and wrapped one. The paint these days are much better than the older cars. The water typically beads up and falls off. So you won’t see those circular scratches like you did in the old cars. I’m not sure because I don’t have an older vehicle, but my oldest is a 2016. Never had any scratches or dents created via this drive thru. Thanks Daria for always helping me out.

I really love the convenience of this car wash. Especially the free vacuums after you wash your vehicle. I recently received a free coupon for a wash from their website. Unfortunately I must have deleted the redemption code before I used it. I'm still happy with this place. 👍👍👍👍👍

I’m here about two days a week! Very friendly staff. The lines are never long and I love getting to use the vacuum and high pressure air. The washes do the job and I just take a towel with me and wipe down the excess water after. Very convenient especially when you have kids! 🤠🤙🇺🇸

This place is so legit. So convenient with great supplies. And it always surprises me how nice and helpful the staff is. It’s unexpected and just feels top notch!

This is the best car wash around Coto De Caza, Ladera Ranch and the Mission Viejo area. Brand new machines and the staff is super friendly. Always happy and satisfied with their service.

Very friendly people easy process and car comes out very clean fully dry unlike other car washes you come out with your car windows not fully dried and the best part is you get to vacuum your car for free at end and very affordable

This place has everything you need to do-it-yourself. The automatic vacuums, compressed air and that floor mat cleaner machine make it fun too!! ....1 star for the carwash cleaned the wheels

1st time there. Employee Alika(sp) helped explain and I signed up two cars after trying it out. It's everything it says it is.
Make sure to remove your outside antenna on Toyota cars if you have one though. The staff may not catch it.

It was difficult to adjust to a self serve car wash but have been trying the new H2GO RSM location I actually like and prefer it. It's also much quicker where the prior manual carwash you could have to wait up to 30 minutes just to have your car dried. Their new equipment does an excellent job on the exterior. All you have to do is vacuum your own car at the end. Highly recommend..
