Very efficient. Rarely I didn't have to wait very long before seeing my doctor. The place is very clean. Dr. Chen gave me the feeling of genuine care - very rare in today's profit driven environment. Disclaimer: you need to pick the right person to have such experience. Highly recommended Dr. Chen. I have family member recommending him years ago. I was only able to switch to him just now, 2024, since he's accepting new patient again. He speaks my language, too. Don't miss this window of opportunity!

The staff was very friendly and very efficient. Then I met the nurse Christine for doctor Timothy Chen. She also was very efficient and kind.

Dr. Wells is always knowledgeable and on top of everything. I am always so impressed and a big fan of hers. I trust her, as she safely delivered my baby Mirabel Harvey.

Dr Wong was courteous and kind from start to finish of my yearly exam. He didn't rush me or trying to do fast exam but took the time to listen my needs and wants. I didn't feel like I am just another number in sitting room like most doctors these days. I think I found my general doctor.

Dr. Parr was very welcoming and answered all the questions my husband and I had. I also a ultrasound technician who was kind and made me feel at ease. The team over all was great and efficient.

This was my first visit Dr. Lu she was thorough and patient. Asked and answered my questions intelligently and explained everything easily. I had a few things done In her office ears and shot very thankful. she scheduled me for lab work after fasting and a couple other specialist doctors thank you !

Dr. Lu was very attentive, she asked questions and allowed questions to be asked. She was patient and listened carefully. She was not judgmental and has a very kind demeanor. I am so glad I came across her, I finally have a PCP I am happy about.

Dr. Bonnie is always so personable and always makes me feel so comfortable. I truly do believe she has my health and her best interest. I actually have referred her to a few of my friends as that is how appreciative I am towards Dr. Bonnie and her team.

Dr. Ashley Parr was nice and communicative in everything she was doing. This helped to reassure me the procedures that were going to take place and calm any anxiety I had. Great bedside manner too.

Dr.Wong and his staff are great to work with and very efficient at completing annual physical checkups and lab testing. I’m a new patient and I was done with the checkup and the blood draw before I could finish the new patient paperwork. Very happy with my visit.

Dr. Han Vo Is the most attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable Internist. I feel like my visits are so thorough and I always leave my appointment with more knowledge than I came in with, and feeling better than when I arrived!

Dr Carla Wells has really earned my trust by the way she has treated me through out my fertility journey. I don’t have kids but I have had a lot of reproductive drama in the last year and she has been there for me when I had questions or concerns. I really respect how she treats her patients and I feel lucky to have her as my Gyno.
