It’s been over a month since I first walked into SCP, and I can now fully appreciate what they offer: great used cars.

You don’t go to SCP to get the cheapest used car. You go to SCP to get an 8 year old Tesla Model X that looks like new.

And you’ll get great customer service. I bought my Model X “as is”, but was delighted when SCP took care of fixing my front passenger power window, after I had already driven away. Mario and Andrew in sales offer excellent service.

But of course, SCP is a business. And buying a car always requires negotiating. SCP is no different. Be ready to negotiate, and be ready to go over the details. Buyers have their interests, and dealers have theirs. Buyers should act accordingly.

Again: you don’t go to SCP to get cheap used cars. You go to SCP to get immaculate used cars.

Keep in mind any price you see online is not what you’ll have in the end. They will add on dealership fees (3k) and label them and accessories. Registration comes out of your end. Financing with them will land you a very high interest rate. If you can finance with an outside source do so.

Other than that great buying experience. Was super fast and easy. They were kind enough to throw in a power cord for the car after some convincing and a receptionist called me after to let me know I can qualify for a tax rebate for a clean vehicle.

Robert helped me from start to finish and gave me my monthly rate over the phone before I even came in and when I was there, the rate didn’t change.

I love the car I got from them, it’s basically brand new. Regardless of the price, I’m happy with my experience.

I want to first and foremost thank Mario and the whole crew at SCP for there unwavering strive to providing the best customer service satisfaction to the prospective buyers who intend to purchase a car at SCP. Mario have been extremely supportive and helpful with making the transaction of the vehicle as smooth as possible and his action speaks volume. He was composed and understand my needs and concern. I was also mindful of his position as an account executive to meeting his needs in order for it to be fulfilled. Doing fair business with one another should always be reciprocated and Mario have demonstrated that. I highly recommend people to stop by SCP if you are ever interested in a used vehicle. Was looking for a place to give me a fair trade value for my BMW and thought I would give this place a try. They had a Ford Raptor I wanted and went in to see what we could work out. They gave me a fair offer for my car and hooked me up with my new truck. The sales team were very knowledgeable and management staff very courteous and patient to my needs. They are incredibly transparent and although there is an additional charge for protective measures to the vehicle, we were able to come to an agreeable price. Vinny and the whole team at Southern California Preowned were fantastic from the beginning. We were able to select a few cars that we wanted to test drive before arrival and they were ready for us when we go there. It was a simple, quick process from start to finish. We also had a few cosmetic concerns about the vehicle and the team at SoCAL Preowned was more than willing to address our concerns at no cost to us. I will definitely buy from them again.

I just want to give a big thanks to Daniel the sales specialist that helped me out getting my mom the 2017 Chevy volt she's been wanting for a while for a early mother's day gift. Beyond happy with my car and the experience buying it. The whole team at Southern California Preowned was absolutely fantastic, genuinely great people to deal with. Steven was great, handled all of the initial details and was up front and very personable. Explained everything no problem at all and was easy to talk to. Had a bit of an odd situation as we had driven up from San Diego without the vehicle I was planning to trade in, just planning on looking around to see what was available, but after looking and test driving, this car was by far one of the best on the market and right in the price range I was looking for. Jay helped us work out a solution and was both helpful and straightforward, very enjoyable to work with. The gentleman that handled the financial aspect (I actually feel so bad that his name is escaping me right now) was also fantastic to deal with, explained everything clearly, and made the process easy. Even signing all the paperwork was a pleasant experience.

All in all, I left Southern California Preowned happy with my new car and with the overall experience. I can’t say enough how great and easy the whole team was to work with. It didn’t feel like dealing with a big dealership where you’re just another face, it was a comfortable and all together relaxed, easy experience. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car!

I made a trek up from San Diego on a Tuesday to get the car I wanted that had been posted that same day. I knew it would go fast because I had been looking at others that sold very quickly in SoCal. Ronaldo, the sales rep I worked with, was very communicative and made sure that I would get an opportunity to test drive and buy the car. They also were able to knock a little of the price off because of a scratch that was hard to see in the pictures online. The paperwork was super quick and easy (I payed all cash). I arrived around 5:20pm and was home in San Diego by 8:45pm with my car. Great service all around. Thank you for a great experience for my first time buying a car on my own.

First I was hesitant to get our car from here, since the price they offered was considerably lower than other dealers and I thought there might be a catch in it. I even waited for a while to test out the car on longer term before leaving a review to be as accurate as possible.

Now that we've been using our car for more than a month and we put about 3.000 miles in it, I can say that it was an exceptional buy. Although it had 2 little problems that came out, the car repair shop they have contract with, immediately fixed them under the repair warranty they offer for an affordable extra price. They also offer a maintenance warranty for a minimal cost that covers oil change, etc. They've already changed the oil in our car once, instantly, without having to call them in advance.

Daniel is the nicest, most helpful and polite sales guy you can deal with and it was a real pleasure to meet him! George, the manager was also great and he worked together with us to find the best and most affordable option for us (he lowered the price of the car and the price of the maintenance and repair warranty as well, since our original budget was lower).

Overall, this is the greatest and most affordable place if you want to buy a car, with nice and helpful staff who will work with you on the price and the services they offer. ☺
