Great place to buy work boots. Brett was very informative friendly and patient as I tried on a million pairs and we narrowed down what I wanted with ease. Small Carhartt section but solid products all over the store!

Came to grab new pairs of boots for my husband and I so we could go back to Disneyland during the hurricane. Selection was great. Staff was great left with two beautiful pairs of nice Ariatboots

This was my first adult experience at Boot Barn and I fell in love as soon as I walked in the door. Rows and rows of boots and lots of western apparel for both men and women. I scored my long awaited first pair of real boots which are absolutely beautiful and wearing in very nicely so far! My boyfriend got a flannel shirt, belt, and a new wallet. We loved absolutely everything about the store and had to leave before we bought everything in sight. If you love country wear you must visit Boot Barn.

The first time I went in looking for boots and I tried a few on. One young lady asked me a few questions regarding boot type I looking for, etc. And when I answered all her questions she kinda just walked away. Needless to say, didn't buy any that day. I went in 2 weeks later and met a gentleman by the name of Dave and he was awesome. He asked me a lot of questions and came back with some great options. Needless to say, I left a happy customer with a comfortable and great fitting pair of boots. Thank you Dave! I'll be back!

Truly the best customer service. Even when it was at a busy time with customers coming in & wanting help. The staff, cashiers, sales personal were on point. Even though my sales person was needed inbetween, it was very well organized. I will drive 30miles again to get the service, knowledge on the things I purchased that fit me as an individual with knee replacements. The store I put out there is on Katella & Orange, CA.

We went to a boot barn closer to the house, but they didn't have a certain pair in my gf's size. They called this store and they had them here. They put them to the side and held them for her. My gf was super happy, the staff was really helpful and that was at both stores.

Great customer service from management and sales staff!! Needed to exchange new boots received as a gift but I did not have gift receipt or receipt. They exchanged the boots without a problem! With such great service and quality of merchandise I ended up buying almost all Christmas gifts there!!! Supporting local stores with GREAT customer service! Thank you Boot Barn in Orange for treating your customers fairly. More stores should model themselves after you!!!!

Very happy! Clean and very well-stocked with shirts, vests, jackets, hats, and with their boots organized by size, style, and even a work boot section.
Had the privacy to look on my own and I had a friendly worker ask I needed help who listened and helped greatly to find what I was looking for.
A kind woman rang me up at the register and ended the experience with me feeling good.
