My first time here was Friday & honestly I'm so happy with the service I got while shopping here. I am preparing for an EMT course starting next week and needed boots & pants to finish my uniform. A couple different people helped me with the pants initially, but Tanya was the main sales associate who stuck with me and I'm so grateful for her service. She gave me a lot of time & helped me when deciding between which fits for my pants. I'm pretty indecisive so having a helpful sales person can shave off a ton of time when I can't decide. I was also having a tough time making boots that were in stock work and she went really far out of her way to help & stick with me through the whole process (and another associate, Tina, was also really caring & helped a bit too). I was honestly really nervous coming here as I've never been to a shop like this and pretty much everyone I encountered who worked here were friendly & kind. I will definitely be coming back if I need anymore tactical gear. Tanya called me right away today to follow up on my special order and transfer. I love that she didn't forget about me as I was really stressed out over getting the rest of my uniform in time for class. I came back in right away today and was still having trouble with the fit of these boots, and Tanya came up with a solution for me to adjust them and I'm so happy & relieved because now I can relax knowing I have all the gear I need :) I actually left smiling. Really glad I came here.

The staff at Galls are always super helpful and professional. If the store is out of what you need, they will track it down and have it shipped over. Expect about a week or so for pickups on items that require patches or other modifications. Great place if you need uniforms or gear for law enforcement and security guards.

I’m only giving it 5 stars because there was only one person in the store that actually helped my husband. Liz was so helpful and she went above and beyond to help my husband and his uniform order. At first, we asked Tina for help but she seemed to be on the phone making a personal call to her doctor. And I get it, but she could have made it in the back. She rolled her eyes at my husband when he asked her for help and that’s when Liz stepped in. My husband said that he’s been in there multiple times and Liz is always nice and very helpful and I see that as well. Hope that everyone could have a good attitude like Liz.

I’ve come into this store 3 times this week. Each time I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. Each employee was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Randall, the manager, has the best customer service I’ve seen. He was able to get us everything we needed for the academy. He made sure that we had the right items and was able to work with our budget. I am definitely coming back and recommending to anyone I know.

Christina Martinez was friendly and extremely helpful. Needed name plates done as soon as possible and she was able to help me out right away. First set ordered was the wrong color plate, but she fixed it for me within minutes. Thank you, very helpful.

If you see it online then order it. If you want to know if they have it in store then call and ask lol problem solved. I'm not expecting the royal treatment when I shop anywhere like most (normal) people, but these people work hard just like everyone else, provided me with quality customer service and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Knowledgeable staff, fair prices but could find some items like boots slightly cheaper on Amazon. Overall fairly priced, very friendly, and professional. Would recommend for anyone looking for supplies as security guard (duty belts, boots, pants, jackets, etc.)

Upon entering on a sweltering hot day I was greeted by two of the most darling girls and so helpful. They walk me directly to what I needed ordered what I needed, and if I had a place to hire them I would they are keepers!

This company provided excellent equipment and extraordinary customer service. Fabiola went above and beyond- helping me to gather my needed items and even demonstrated how to assemble everything. Ten stars for Galls⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just visited Galls in Orange to be fitted for my EMT Uniform for West Coast EMT School. Was a very comfortable, convenient experience. Fast, efficient service. All my questions were answered. Was done a short time! :)

The Man that helped me was Extremely Great they had exactly what I was looking for and were able to sew on patches in 5 minutes. He really went out of his way. I'll be going there from now on. I wish I would have remembered his name. 5 Stars all the way. Many Thanks

I've seen some bad reviews, but have never experienced anything but great service here. I keep coming back because I find what I need and if I don't, I always get help to figure out if it's inline or meds to be special ordered.

Real friendly staff and very helpful. Its kinda uncomfortable being surrounded by cops who arent screaming get on the ground with guns pointed at u. Good staff though
