Limited selection on mens shoes BUT their customer service is amazing

I was looking for a particular slipper and was told that DSW might carry it. I couldn’t get just any type or brand because I have an surgery on my foot in about a month and was told to look for particular qualities that might ease my recovery.

Ashley was phenomenal! She did remember that they had the brand I was looking for, but was fairly certain they were sold out. She checked, double checked, and triple checked for me!!! She offered to help me order the slippers and have them sent to me or arrange for a store pickup. Awesome service in my book!!! She was so professional and pleasant; her assistance really made my reluctant shopping trip a pleasure!!!

I went to make a return and exchange with a complicated long story and was expecting a hard time with customer service (understandably).
When I went, however, Eddy handled it with ease and I was able to get a refund and exchange. She was great and the whole interaction was smooth.

After going to different stores to buy my 9 year old daughter and unable to find any anywhere i came here and got the last pair available and was her size! I got lucky lol with this weather that we arent used to people emptied the mall. The cashier was so friendly and i signed up for their rewards card and got a 10 dollar coupon for my next purchase. Overall great experience here

I rather drive the extra mile for good customer service and clean place. This place was outstanding overall, like no other DSW! Very clean, organized, variety in styles and sizes, and great customer service. I love coming to this place.

Stopped in to buy the kiddos some shoes. They have all kinds of shoes here. For him for her dress, casual and athletic shoes. Great prices as well.
