Finding AA Car Rentals in Costa Mesa, California, created a new and hopeful ray of light for me at a time when I really had no car and had been renting a car for 4 years. I was renting from another large company that decided to raise their weekly rental fees well beyond $1200 a month. I couldn't afford to pay that much for a car. Then I met Benjamin at AA Car Rental and found one of the most gentlemanly individuals who rented a very nice Toyota car to me at a very reasonable price. I was thrilled! I had money for a deposit and the monthly rent and suddenly I was able to go places again. Benjamin is wonderful to work with. He has the kindest personality and is very knowledgeable about automobiles--a veritable resource for me. I had no worries because Benjamin always checked the car for me--oil, etc. and over time Benjamin became a person that I call a friend. AA Car Rentals is a great service to the community in that they are there to help people with automobile needs and Benjamin makes you feel like a million dollars. I will always rent a car from Benjamin and praise his excellent humanistic manner and his excellent business acumen. Benjamin is the greatest!

I’ll definitely be coming back to rent here again. First choice. I’m not the biggest fan of big airport/corporate rental companies, and Turo is great but was much more inconvenient than I had expected. AA car rental really saved my trip multiple times. Benjamin is a great guy here and easy to work with. I was able to extend my trip a couple times, no problem. Really appreciate.

The management where amazing! Got me a perfect car at an amazing price! They where so friendly and helpful. I ended up returning my rental early as my car was in the shop and work was completed before scheduled. They gave a full refund with no questions asked and where, in fact, happy for me. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Customer service is rare and these guys are marvelous!

I have never experienced such incredible service, and genuine care, not only to insure I had the best car for my needs, but also the care for me as a human being was exceptional. Ben is an amazing human being. His professionalism and ability to go above and beyond expectations is amazing. The other companies do not compare.

I'm only 18 and I have a debit card so most rental companies won't accept me but AA Car Rental did, and I love you guys! Great service and very affordable. They were a great help no one wanted to rent me a car because I'm underage but the management was very helpful and accommodating. The car was nice and clean. I will definitely be coming back. Best service around.

I had a great experience with Ben. I shopped around before I walked into AA Car Rental and I could not find a comparable price. Ben had great deals and considering I am only 18 years old, I had a hard time finding a good price elsewhere because apparently I am a liability. I definitely recommend this company

The owner is the sweetest man. Nobody would rent to me because I am 21 but he did! We set up an appointment, he helped me get insurance, made sure I knew safety rules and let me pick the car! Literally the cheapest rate and the BEST service. I love supporting local, small businesses- you feel really cared for and they're so flexible. Even when I get older and have more options, I'm coming to these guys!

I totally disagree with the fellow that wrote such an insulting review.
Honestly some people have nothing to do but annoy others of jealousy or envy.i rented a car last year for a couple of months, I was totally happy with the service and the employees, and a couple weeks I returned and I bought the car from them. I strongly recommend them.

No one would rent me a car except AA car rental because of my age and the fact that I only have a debit card. Service was quick and easy! Would highly recommend!

I must say that this was the most pleasant experience pick up the car customer service was friendly and offered me anything and everything I might need I brought the car back they were waiting for me gave me an opportunity to do it at a time that I needed and they were ready I would rent from them at any time and I think you did and I rented for two weeks and I can tell you keep her than anywhere else that I felt well let me say let it but there was nothing to keep the car was good and the the service excellent
