My daughter had bought me a watch and I needed it to get it sized so I went to Laguna mall and the lady Anna help me while she was adjusting my size on my watch the beautiful Maria was helping me look at rings very attended by both employees! customer service Excellent and would gladly return for my future jewelry needs 😊

Magali was amazing! The original ring we ordered was lost in the mail when it was shipped. My fiancé was able to walk out that day with another ring and we were able to come back together to customs new ring. Working Magali made everything super easy!

I was looking for an elegant bracelet for a dear friend but wasn't sure what to look at, until Asal, one of the salespersons at Zale, asked me a few questions about the person I'm shopping for and took me to a bracelet that I fell in love with. She was really helpful, caring, and friendly and offered me a very nice gift box and also gift wrapped the box. I absolutely loved their jewelry and enjoyed my Zale experience with her.

Shopping at this Zales store has always been my go to location. Sandy is not only knowledgeable but she actually listens to what you are looking for. Been shopping with Sandy for the last 20 years. I never go elsewhere!!! Sandy is not only a GEM 💎 to have as the store manager but an asset for her team. She leads with happiness which makes for an extremely pleasant work environment. As a store manager, she has many responsibilities but NEVER do those responsibilities take her from her customers. She gives every customer her undivided attention from beginning to end. Her title as a manger does not take her from her love of doing what she does everyday, which is putting a smile on every customers face. I will continue to be her customer for the awesome experience she brings every single time I come to the store.

Sandy is the best there is. She helped me find the perfect engagement and wedding rings for my wife many years ago. Not only does she have great taste in jewelry, she is has the warmest and brightest personality. She is the only reason why my wife and I continue to come to this Zales almost an hour from our house. Sandy is simply awesome.
