Customer service/Front counter rep Andrew was very helpful. He patiently answered my questions, directed me to where I would find the merchandise, and took the time and interest to exchange pleasantries. Andrew is definitely an asset to this store.

Had to pick up a Cuisinart mixer for a friend of mine. The store I came to was a little bit smaller than the other ones but they have pretty much anything that you need. At least the Cuisinart mixer that I needed was in stock so that was good.

They had what I've been looking for, but couldn't find one anywhere. Then I forgot my 20% off coupon. The sales gal was very sweet and helpful. She got on a computer and somehow made it work. Also, very clean and organized store.

Called to see if they had an apple peeler, Victor picked up the phone and said yes-I was there and picked it up. You dont know how much I appreciate that after all we, customers, have to do anymore just to get anywhere....I wish we could go back to NO RECORDERS...we can talk to an actual person!

I have always found this location to be very organized and clean. All merchandise is where it should be. Rarely have I found them to be out of stock for what I am looking for. It's like their version of Amazon Prime. On our first purchase we made back we spent on the membership. I always come here as my go to place for home items. I usually look online first to make sure it is in stock. You can also order online for store pickup.

Ordered and paid online. They text you when your order is available. Park in designated spots, call them, they come out with item. I buy a lot from BBB and have it shipped. This time i only wanted a stand up fan. Easy to order, used my 20% off coupon and now i have an awesome fan.

The best staff a girl can ask for!!! We spent over 2 hours and everyone gave above and beyond. Couldn't be more pleased. That is my go to Bed and Beyond from now on.

It's a big place. They have got everything you expect from a bed bath and beyond and then some. The workers are all nice. Can find pretty cheap stuff. Wide variety. I bought a big trash can for cheaper than i could find at Target. All in all great experience. Found what I was looking for and was interested in something I didnt expect to find which is always a treat. I didnt buy it but I was pretty darn close.

I went to the one in Bella Terra, which I found to be permanently closed! I had to drive to the one in Santa Ana to return and exchange the item I needed! However, the one in Santa Ana was very very helpful and took care of all of my needs! 👍

They've everything organized in the right places. You just have to pay attention to the signs above which describes what kind of merchandise are on that area. Very friendly staff. Try to use their coupons which comes in the mail or their website.

Excellent customer service. No wait time for delivery drivers. In and out easy peasy nice and easy just the way I like it.

This store is crammed with merchandise but it nice quality and I can usually find what I'm looking for. The coupons are nice too- you can use the expired ones.

I have not come back here for long time, today I saw 2 employee greet all customers come in. They have good customer service, polite!
