I live in Tucson Arizona and called this store on a Saturday afternoon to do a Send Sale. It was a wonderful experience. I spoke with Tracy, she was pleasant, and very helpful. Thank-you for hiring this lovely associate; it was a pleasure to speak with her.

I have shopped at JJill for many many years and have always been impressed with the style and quality of their clothing. I have shopped in store and online. I'm very sad that the JJill on Birch Street is closing, but I understand how it is during these difficult times.

I love J Jill clothing! I've been wearing J Jill for years and love the styles, quality, customer service, and have enjoyed the sales. I've noticed there are many exclusions to their sales now. I wanted to shop the sale for the Fit line and the Robes/Pajamas line and both were excluded? So disappointing.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Petite section has gotten smaller due to addition of Womens section, which is a negative foe me since I'm petite. Prices are on the higher side, but quality is good, so I usually wait for their sales.

A great place for basics and comfort clothing. Geared toward the 50+ crowd
