Water Leak Detector USA

I had a water leak somewhere in my tile shower. I hired Waterleak Detector to find the leak so it could be repaired. Waterleak Detector “tested” the lines and concluded they were not leaking. It also inserted a camera in the wall and showed me the footage claiming the wall cavity was dry. Waterleak Detectors concluded that the tile shower pan failed and the only fix was to rip it out and replace it. I hired someone to replace the tile shower and on demolition it was discovered that the failure was not the shower pan but the pressurized cold water line to the shower. By this time, based on Waterleak Detector’s diagnosis, I had ripped out the entire tile shower, which cost multiples of what a targeted repair would have cost if the leak had been properly identified. Called and spoke to “Jimmy” who assured me the company would get back to me. They never did. Subsequent messages have been ignored.
