O.C. Smile Dental

This visit changed the fear that I had had for years, each visit to the dentist was a challenge, but this time I want to thank this group of professionals because from reception to departure my experience was exceptional.
Doctor Basem told me about how the procedure was going to be, although I was still nervous because I knew what it was about, he is very gentle with excellent care, along with his assistant and I can summarize that after different visits to other dentists, this has been the best experience,

We got a referral from  our Orthodontics doctor to go to Dr. Basem Airood at OC Smile Dental, located in The Square Plaza in Irvine.Dr Airood is a very humble doctor, I called on Friday 4/1 because I missed my 3/31 appointment. I think it may be lunch time when I called, and I didn't know if Doctor Airood was the one helping me. I had a feeling, this receptionist sounded very nice, wise and professional. And when I asked his name. "He said this is Dr. Airood". Oh my goodness, I had been talking to Dr. Airood, he didn't rush, he was really helping me to find appointment date. On the next day, we got in, my 2 kids and I went to the office to get a yearly check up, actually I'm going to bring 1 more in the future. What a pleasant experience in the office. Start with the receptionist. I forgot his name. Dr. Airood and team gave excellent service. I'm very happy that Dr. Airood cleaned my gum, the way he did it made me feel safe. He was straight forward if there was a problem or not. Not trying to do other services if you don't need it. Chris was the dental assistant, I usually had lady dentist assistance. So, I feel a little hesitance with male dentist assistance. But this Chris took the job seriously, I was impressed with how he was carefully taking the XRay, and polished my teeth. I am beyond satisfied and highly recommend this place. This is by far the best dentist I've ever had! I had A LOT of my teeth extracted and I didn't feel a thing. I got full dentures and they look wonderful ... I get compliments everyday on how great (and natural) my teeth look. I
absolutely love them! Everyone in the office is so friendly and professional, I've never felt so comfortable with any dentist in my whole life. He's been the most professional and kindest dentist... and I used to be a dental assistant! I just stop by to say hi I love these guys!

I have been visiting OC smile dental since 2018 and I would say they are the best team I ever met.
Dr.Basem Airood did my crown and fillings .He was very precise and quick.He really cares about his patients and recommends only the apt treatment.
The front desk receptionist Maddy is very friendly and she works with your schedule to make appointments.
She makes sure to let you know all the coverage and costs for the treatment well in advance.
My husband too did his yearly cleaning and checkup here.
Overall I would recommend this dental office for their outstanding services.

My son and I have been coming here for years. The staff is exceptionally friendly and their customer service is incredible. The dentist always gets our cleanings done quickly and does an amazing job. We are very happy with this office.

I first visited OC Smile Dental almost a year ago when I found that my gum was always bleeding and it was the best decision I have ever made. Dr. Airood is very kind and honest and you can see that he's super experienced. My gum has become much better now. The location, atmosphere of the clinic and more importantly, the entire staff of OC Smile Dental makes me happy that I chose the best dental service in Irvine. Highly recommended!

This doctor is amazing! His staff are lovely, too. Dr. Airood has a warm, soft, gentle nature that immediately puts me at ease. He's pleasant, caring, knowledgeable, and had a light touch. I've used his services for many years and I will continue to do so for many many more.

I live in Alhambra, it is a long distance to drive from my place to Orange County, but I am a loyal patient since 2009, because Dr. Airood is a wonderful dentist and the staff there are very friendly. The office is very nice, clean and comfortable. I am thankful for the wonderful service and I will highly recommend his practice.

I just got my dental x-ray and cleaning done and the experience was terrific! The staff are polite and professional and the doctor was knowledgeable when he gave me advice on the condition of my teeth. I'll be making a appointment soon to take care of my problem tooth!

From different dentists I've tried, and bad experiences. This location is beyond great service, so professional, and the staff is super friendly. They make you feel so comfortable, and you feel like you known them for years.

My husband and I havery been patients here for several years. We drive there from San Juan Capistrano because we like the staff and Dr. Airood is the most gentle dentist I have known. We have been very pleased with this spotless office. They are well organized and their equipment is state of the art.

My family has been coming to OC Smile Dental for over 8 years---and we would not go anywhere else. AMAZING!!!! Dr.Airood D.D.S. is beyond extraordinary! I have to get dentures and he extracted 17 of my teeth - and I didn't feel a thing!!! I WAS SHOCKED! (and all of his assistants kick ass too!😀)

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OC SMILE DENTAL! I've hated going to the dentist to my whole life because of fear and money. The girls in the front or spectacular! Cindy and Maddie welcome you and make you feel so comfortable from the very beginning! The doctor not only made me feel comfortable and safe but he did not make me feel stupid for not being able to afford what every other doctor has been pushing me to get for the last 20 years. I didn't feel one thing not a speck of pain and I had over 17 teeth pulled!
