Excellent services from all who take great care of blessed residents. The menu is wonderful, all they serve is fresh and flavorful. Many activities, entertainment and bus trips to local areas. Great team that hires caring friendly knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic place. My mom is here for respite and loves it. The staff are caring and professional and the other residents welcoming. All amenities are well serviced and used. Mom asked to stay here longer because she’s so happy. Thank you to Roxana, Nurse Donna and the entire team for being so extraordinary.

Heritage Pointe is an amazing independent and assisted living community. Our mother fought leaving her home in LA, but once moving to Heritage Pointe found that with the community assistance, her life was enhanced. She was able to participate once again in many things she loved. Mahjong, dances, lectures, outings, hair and nails and new friends. She even met old friends. She regained her independence to walk (with a walker) enjoyed the food and the care was awesome. She passed at 91 after living there for 4 years. I just revisited Heritage Pointe for my Dad. They have made beautiful upgrades to the facility and everything is running top notch. A special shout out to Georgie in admissions. She is so kind, caring and knowledgeable. If you have a need for your loved one, Jewish or not, check out Heritage Point. You'll be glad you did!

This is a wonderful Jewish Independent and Assisted living home for my mother. She recently moved here from another senior living setup which wasn't meeting her needs as she ages (she is 96).

The warm and friendly staff really care about the residents. The residents themselves have a welcoming group that welcome in new people into the community.

The cuisine is kosher and excellent. I used to feel like we had to go out to get a good meal when she was at her other living situation. Here, she really enjoys the food, so going out isn't really necessary. The food is fresh, healthy and served very nicely by courteous staff.

There are different activities and they are varied enough to suit different tastes. My mother loves games and there are many opportunities to play. They also have a pool for aqua-aerobics. There is a lovely outside patio where there are barbeque grills and events held outside. There are several rooms where different activities take place and when walking through the lobby, straight ahead as you walk in is a sanctuary for Shabbat services and other Jewish services as well. They have their own rabbi.

The apartments are nicely appointed with large closets in the one bedrooms. When moving, we noticed she really did not need to get rid of anything from her other smaller 1 bedroom apartment because this one was generous with a nice patio overlooking the garden. Other upstairs units have a balcony.
This property in general is more than just a cut above the rest.

Wonderful residence for seniors who want their own living quarters and as much assistance as needed. Great activities, food, people and staff.

Absolutely a 5-star place to live! You feel at home the minute you walk into the front door and every day you live here only gets better!

My grandparents live at Heritage Pointe and love it. The staff are so passionate about what they do and I'm always in awe of how many activities are going on. Heritage Pointe takes incredible care of their residents and I couldn't imagine my grandparents living anywhere else.

Caring staff, many activities, and very good food.

Absolutely awful. I got hired, they made a mistake on the paperwork, after a week of hard work getting this job and I really wanted it? they took it back because of their mistake. They don’t communicate. I guarantee they don’t take care of elderly. I promise, THIS PLACE IS A MONEY GRAB AND DANGEROUS.

I read the bad reviews and I can confirm. My mom was unattended to for weeks, and she finally had to move. Absolutely horrific treatment here!

my grandma literally got sick due to the neglect of management. Other places are SO much better.

Beware! This "non-profit" place is short staffed and does not want to provid their trumped-up assistance for needy residents. CEO Mike Silverman was paid $ 324,000 last year, and he and the new director of health care seem bent on getting charges as high as possible. NOT RECOMMENDED
