I love this place

For the most part its good but they almost made me feel like they lost my order. I got one of the 3 items. Cant wait for my husband to see it

I ordered same day pick-up passport photos. It's been 3 days and the order is still not ready. I checked my Walmart account online and it just says 'delayed' without any explanation. I reached out to customer service on the website, which gave me the run around and told me to call a different 1-800 number phone number, which disconnected on me repeatedly. So I found the number for the local Walmart photo department and they tell me that they ran out of photo paper and they don't expect a new shipment until next week. I then asked if they could have Walmart ship me the photos instead from another location so that I can receive them sooner - It's passport photo's after all and I need them for an application. They can't change the order unless I go to a new store to do it myself.
If this Walmart photo department knew they were out of photo paper, then why was I still able to place an order on the website? Customers should be able to rely on the expected delivery time, especially when it says SAME DAY. And then you do not notify them timely when there is a delay. Instead you make the customer figure out why the order is not ready when expected.

I get that delays happen - but you need to let customers know that or don't accept SAME DAY order on your website when you know that the order cannot be fullfilled as promised. This allows the customer to make a timely informative decision if they still want to get their photo services done at Walmart.
