The Pizza Cart

I wish I could go back to all of the other pizza places I've reviewed and knock them down one star so that I can give full credit to these guys. Let it be known and declared that This. Is. The. Best. Pizza. Ever.
I've had pizza in Brooklyn. I've had pizza in Italy. This is the best pizza I've ever had. Somehow they managed to achieve a crispy crust while simultaneously making it fluffy enough to melt in your mouth like a cloud. It's like a freak of nature. The toppings were perfect. The gelato is authentic and creamy. Man. I wish I lived in Cedar....then again, maybe my waistline is better off with me not.
Seriously. If you're driving through, stop. It's so good.

Food hit all my cravings and more. I split the raspberry salad and the gyro pizza both fantastic. I wanted a table seat but I went during busy dinner hours and sat where the owner cooked pizza, easily the best seat in the house. Normally am not one to get desert or ice cream but please do yourself a favor and try their gelato. The pistachio gelato melted me away 🤤

We had The Vegan pizza with added vegan cheese and without cucumbers.
It was absolutely delicious!!
While we were waiting it was a pleasure observing the team working together flawlessly and passionately!

Passing through headed back to Vegas and decided to stop for a bite to eat. Lots of pizza places in Vegas and this is easily top 5, 10/10 I’ve ever had. Ordered the margherita pizza and it was a true one, no tomato slices like other places.

I am not normally a pizza person and thought it was too long of a drive from St. George. If all pizzas tasted like this, I would eat them more often. I ate the whole crust (not like me). Best pizza I have had outside of Europe. Worth the drive! I ate the pizza too quickly to take a photo,

The pizza was AMAZING!! We ordered the Margheroni pizza, and it was one of the best pizzas we have ever had! We ordered the house salad with ranch, and oh my goodness the ranch was amazing! My husband literally asked if they sold it in bottles. Go here for pizza and you won’t be disappointed. We didn’t try it but the ice cream looked good too, we will try it next time we go!

It's a small place but the pizza is always good. The sign posted says they are closed Saturday and Sunday so watch out for that. But every time we come down to southern Utah we always stop for pizza. Their Hawaiian is awesome and the pepperoni is fantastic! We tried the Greek pizza this time and it was good. My wife loved it because of all the veggies, I'm not a big fan of all the veggies but it was good.

Tip for: Pepper Jack Pizza left overs

Best pizza in town I won't get it anywhere else, the raspberry salad is also a favorite! I mean really nothing is bad here.
You absolutely have to try the cinnamon pizza thing i don't even like cinnamon and it's one of my favorites for sure!!!

Great pizza, lots of unique and interesting flavors, all delicious. If you're adventurous, go for the gyro (the tzatziki is delicious) or the margharoni. 4 cheese pesto and meat lovers are fantastic too.

Music & atmosphere - top notch

Had the sausage and mushroom pizza and added pepperoni, which was good. The cheese pizza and bread sticks were okay. The crust is also great in the wood fired over. Great service here as well.

Me and my husband love this place! So much so that we got a to go box the day before we got married and took it up north with us to eat the night after we got married. We come here all the time and swear the pizza just gets better and better. Love the atmosphere and the staff are always so nice!

I drove all the way down from Provo just to eat here. It’s a beautiful restaurant and the pizza is incredible.

This place was super yummy! It was recommended to us by a local, and it was very very good. The pizza crust is a little thin, but it’s very good. I recommend this place. of the three pizzas we got pepperoni was my favorite, followed closely by chicken bacon ranch. The gelato we had afterward was phenomenal!

only complaint about this place is they had a really weird choice of music. It did not fit the vibe of the restaurant at all.

Service was great. The restaurant looked nice and was clean.

Came across this place on Google on a drive home from southern Utah. Tried it based on the reviews. It did not disappoint! Probably the best margherita pizza I’ve ever had. We also got the meat lovers. Service was fast (even though they let us know they make them one at a time and it could be up to 15 minutes). Owner was back and forth between wood on the patio and tending to the oven. You could see the care and attention he gives to his craft. One review said the atmosphere wasn’t great and music didn’t fit. I disagree. Loved the ambient variable lighting and soft Christmas music. Place was decorated for the season. Would recommend for anyone in the area.

We have come to the Pizza Cart several times on our way to St. George. The pizza is amazing every time we come! Try the gelato, you won’t be disappointed! The dark chocolate and raspberry cream are amazing!

Being vegan, it’s hard to find restaurants to eat at when traveling. The Pizza Cart was a wonderful find. Delicious and very friendly service!
