I shoot 35mm among other various analog photography. I LOVE these guys. They let me sit and ask them a thousand questions and they have a passion for photography. I bother them a few times a month. Their expertise and manage makes them worth more than Costco any day.

I've been taking my photos to Ken's for years and they have always done a great job and their prices are pretty good. They are very nice people and I trust the work they do. They also do fabulous work restoring and copying my really old black and white photos. I'm really happy with them.

I decides to buy locally when searching for a camera. Since the pandemic is going on I spent a week or two emailing back and forth with Bryan (the owner). He was extremely respectful and informative which helped me come to my decision on what camera to buy. He also sold me a couple of other starter items. He even had my camera all charged up with the the strap connected! When I went to pick it up I was very impressed with the drive thru set up they had. They take extra precautions for their customers and themselves to keep them safe. Will definitely be shopping here again for more lenses and equipment.

Hey Brian, I'm so sad to hear you are retiring. You and your wife have been so nice to do business with and I've been very happy with the quality of your work. I shall miss you and your store.

@Ian Allen Can tell you are not from around here and that you have nothing better to do with your pitiful life that write bad reviews on nothing you know anything about, just to try to make yourself feel important when really all you did was make yourself look like an A--hat.

Ken's Camera has been a fixture in MOUNT VERNON not Burlington for Decades I remember going and looking at the Cameras and such back when i was a kid in the 70's and we would stop at Skippers for lunch when we go out shopping. Later when I was working for the State I would take Cameras to them and have them repaired or see if they could be repaired. Was also one of the few places at the time would pick up Bulk B&W film that we would roll into our own canisters for use later. Folks all business will have a off day nobody can be perfect and you people that are so entuned with this cancel culture need to just stop.

Brian has been very helpful to me anytime I have gone in there. Saved me a bunch of money and frustration just yesterday when my camera wouldn't turn on. I thought it was toast. Within a couple minutes of entering the store he had identified the problem and resolved the issue. There is a reason I always go here first for my photography needs. A business with knowledge and customer service that I trust. Thanks Brian!
