Excellent little shop. Friendly, clean, fast, and fresh! Easy 5 stars. The apple fritter was awesome, long john maple was great but the standard glazed was surprisingly the best - super fluffy and flaky. We'll be back.

Great donuts awesome ppl wonderful service

While visiting friends in Surf Side California I saw a new story about a couple who owns Donut City in near by Seal Beach. The wife had a serious medical condition and couldn't come in with her husband to run the Donut shop. He would refuse any charity offered to help with her medical bills and the locals started buying out their Donuts everyday! Wow, America, what a country! Well I went in to get me some Donuts. And there behind the counter is the Husband and Wife working as fast as they could to serve Donuts. She is doing well now after a year of treatments and to add to all this goodness, The Donuts are freaking amazing. The French Crullers, one of my favorites, is one of the best I have ever had. Even the coffee was really good. You can't go wrong at this place. The service was perfection and the couple who runs the place are sweet and wonderful, but very busy, National News story can do that to your business. Anyway it was a real pleasure to enjoy a great donut and cup of coffee in place with incredible positive energy flowing all through the place.

You might think this is just a donut shop on the side of the road but you would be woefully wrong. Definitely stop for donuts, get lots of them. They were hot, fresh, delicious morsels. And they let us play cards there all morning.
