Switching over to JRI insurance was an awesome experience. I was able to save money and time. The customer service was very accommodating and made the switch easy to do. I was told to check out JRI Insurance for low cost insurance and customer service. I was not disappointed! I had been dissatisfied with my previous agent who very rarely was in his office, did not follow up or bother to return calls. At JRI I had several inquiries and concerns and Nicole always promptly answered or returned calls immediately. All my concerns were always addressed in a timely manner. How refreshing!! They found both homeowners and auto insurance with the same coverage that I previously carried with savings of several hundred dollars a year. I couldn't be more pleased. All of the office staff have been friendly, informative, and helpful. I give them a top rating!!

Sometimes insurance is quick and easy and sometimes it takes going the extra mile. JRI has been great for me and my family to work with. They take the time to answer questions and they are always looking out for our best interests.

I’m not normally a person who leaves reviews, good or bad, but if you’re reading this and your on the fence about using these guys, do it. I started using them as a broke lost college student who needed guidance and good rates. Car insurance, health insurance, basically anything you need these guys got you covered. They make finding and signing up for policies the easiest thing ever. My life changed when I started going through these guys. Seriously. Nicole is one of the best agents I’ve ever encountered. She got me proof of coverage when I got in an accident at midnight on Sunday when I was stuck in the middle of a resort. She personally drove to get me a copy. Steve is also great and did a great job signing my family up for health insurance. These guys actually care. Thanks JRI team!!

Finally Cedar City has a good insurance agency! What I like about JRI is the fact that they really have something for everyone. My friend didn't have the best driving record and James was able to get him some insurance with a carrier that specializes in less than perfect drivers. As for me, I had a great rate with Allstate - James was using this software called AgencyStream that was like Priceline for auto insurance. He quoted like 5 different carriers and found me one that beat my Allstate rate. The fact he took the time to shop it was really cool!

Their customer service is out of this world. My husband and I have used them for our auto insurance so now that we are buying our first home we decided to call and see what they could do for us. When I called, Nicole answered and without having to transfer me anywhere else she was happy to get a quote for us. She called me back within 10 minutes with a quote, and we would actually be paying less for homeowners than we would on our renters insurance. As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and she made me feel comfortable and answered all of them. I even called the office and no one answered, and received a call back within 5 minutes. Overall Nicole was extremely helpful and gave me and my husband peace of mind during a stressful time. We love Bear River and JRI and we recommend it to anyone!
