Excellent LOBBY hours- open on Sunday to drop off parcels! Lobby is open 6am-9pm, 7 days a week including holidays.

On the occasion I’ve used the retail office, I’ve always had good service and good selection of cards and goodies.

Needed some help with mailing advice and shipping supplies; they provided both quickly.

I have to visit the Rancho post office weekly for work, and the employees here are always very efficient, even during the busy holiday season. Even when there is a line out the door, it never takes more than about 15 minutes (I have been at other post offices where it would routinely take an hour to get through a line that size). They float staff in and out as needed but always efficient. And they usually have an extra guy fielding questions and helping with non-money transactions out on the floor when really busy. Compared to many other post offices I have been to, they do a great job here.

Been here every week for months. The people I see having issues are all them. I've had good experiences with every worker and have seen them multiple times. They have never been rude as people say, but I've seen plenty be rude to them.

This is a very clean and neat post office. Have a huge variety of stamp selection, which I love! A huge via card selection- bday, mothers day, etc.,which I was surprised to see (neatly organized). Concise informative posters on the wall behind the counter detailing all the ways you can send mail/packages with rates. Also other info on the other services offered. Pretty big post office. I did not wait long at all to be assisted. One of the better post offices I have been to. :-)

Even before becoming a letter carrier, I always had great experiences with most every employee. If the phone wasn't answered, a simple walk in the door was all that was needed to get the answers.

They actually have really nice customer service people working in there now. The last crew they had in there were just always so icky acting but these new people in there are really nice and really

I stopped in 2 minutes before closing (got the time wrong) with a large number of packages. They very easily could have turned me away, but Clara and Kham went above and beyond tag teamed it to get all my packages processed!!!

The postmaster Victor went Above and Beyond to assist me with holding my mail until the escrow closed on my new house. This took much longer than expected, but I was always treated with respect and courtesy by all of the employees.

Never had a problem, it’s the post office, sometimes there are lots of people and sometimes not. I’ve waited in a fedex store longer than ever in a post office when I was the only one there. Still can have something delivered across the country for what .45 cents

This is the best post office I've been to, don't listen to all the negative people, they're just all too full of themselves and think their s$*t don't stink 😉 The postal workers have it hard enough as it is with limited help at this location. I ship nearly everyday do take it from me, not these other idiots.

Easiest pie to get your stuff delivered at a pretty reasonable rate so if you need something sent United States Post Office baby can't go wrong with them they've been in business forever so send it

To a person, the folks who work at the Rancho Cordova Post Office are professional, helpful, and friendly. I include the people at the counter as well as the people who delivery my mail. Amazing staff! Huge THANKS!

My good 'ol local Post Office.

It was easy to use the self-service machine to buy stamps as I didn't have time to wait in line.

At first my review was terrible but Clerk 20(Jing Lei) was amazing! She made me change my whole review to an awesome one. She is awesome!

Great bunch of people working here. Always have been very helpful & so friendly. Our mail carrier is also friendly & doing a great job! God Bless!
