Lawanda was AMAZING! It’s been a difficult 10 months trying to find someone of color to do my hair. Not that someone else can’t, but it’s refreshing to have a stylist that is well versed in styling natural Afro type hair. I will be going back and next time I’ll schedule for my daughters!

I loved this place. She got me right in, listen to what I wanted, which was only a couple extensions in the front to bulk up my hair. She explained to me what kind I needed and why and what products to use. It blended with the rest of my hair so nicely. She's very personable and experienced.

I first started going here because i usually get threading done in the back of the hair salon. Passing through I obiously noticed their cutting techniques (being a hairdresser) and decided to set up an appointment through Sonya. Sonya was so helpful not only setting up my appointment but also refreshing my product collection i was in desperate need of. She runs a great shop!Thank you for sending me to Mariella's chair because she absolutely slayed my haircut! I had an appointment with Sonia for a Metin smoothing treatment and it was great! I have A LOT of curly hair and had never had it done so I was a bit nervous going in. Her and another stylist worked on my hair simultaneously and they did a great job! Sonia was very informative on what the treatment was and what I should do to take care of it. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend!

Sonya was very professional and my first visit went really smoothly. I just moved to the area and she did an excellent job. I have washed my hair 3 times and none of the extensions have fallen out. I will continue to use her services. I have had extensions for years and she did an excellent job!

My hair fell out due to the stress of a horrible breakup over the summer and after I mentally recovered, I decided I wanted to look physically recovered as well, so I sought out hair extensions/additions. I looked around because I've never done this before and was skeptical it would damage my already damaged hair, and might even look fake/worse than it did. I got a referral from my hairdresser who just gave me the name, however she had no personal experience, and when I researched the company, I was like "oh hail no", so then I started digging in to find a place I hoped I could trust. Doing a google search in my area gave me a few options, one of which was Styles & Extensions Salon. I poured over their website and of all the salons, they seemed to know what they were talking about, so I made an appointment with Sonia. Upon meeting her for my free consultation, she listened to what I wanted and then explained my options and gave me her best professional advice. She was so knowledgeable and had all of the newest "materials" for the process, and was capable of the three options available for extensions PLUS she had long glorious hair, so I was sold. She matched my color before I left, and gave me directions to prepare for the next appointment, which brings me to today! 1.5 hours later, I have my crown jewel back - my HAIR! And it looks like its my own, naturally grown crown! There's nothing fake looking about it! Just beautiful natural length and fullness. I could not be happier with the outcome, nor more thankful to Sonia and Styles & Extensions Salon. Her expertise gave me back my confidence and removed the constant reminder (looking in the mirror and seeing the hair loss) of that breakup that took hair in the first place. After this experience, I would trust her with my first born AND I do and will recommend them to anyone seeking this service.

I love getting my hair done with Janet she is amazing and is the sweetest and so patient when I don't know what I want. When it is something that I am unhappy with she is always ready to fix it with no fuss.
