Smaller store. Well organized and stocked! Not as crowded

This big lots location is super clean and the staff is always helpful and nice. I love coming to this big lots it’s my favorite location to come too. They have really good deals.

Recently had a great shopping experience at this location. It was a Clean & fully stocked store. Had a pleasant experience with the manager Robert helping me shop for outdoor furniture he was very attentive. Would definitely come back to this location over any other Big Lots

Spent the last week looking for furniture at many furniture stores had delt with many rude and pushy employees. Decided to go to big lots the delt with Robert the manager was the most pleasant experience was very helpful not pushy would recommend anybody looking for good furniture without the hassle.

I always found what I'm looking for, the store is always clean and nice employees.

Wow haven't been on while last time brought a box spring great deals. So now I have set at a great price
But Wow I rack up some great buy get 50% of another. So if their a big lot on our area stop by

CUSTOMER service Is mind blowing I gestured for help did not verbally ask and an employee came right over answered all my questions make sure the item was available run me up and even offered to help mode in my car very polite two other employees came over and helped load my product into my vehicle I am ecstatic at the customer service not to mention everyone wear masks and where participating in the 6ft apart for everyone's safety (Peter) was most helpful with supplying all the information that he could possibly offer and more great attitude great customer service

Staff was a great help to me...they were busy but kept me feeling that they were aware and took care of my needs quickly and detailed...TKU LADIES I NEEDED THAT ATTENTION TODAY....I was in some pain. You guys were wonderfully and they didn't know anything about it.

I called the San Bernardino store on Orangeshow Road, about a bistro set that I saw in their Memorial Day sales ad.
I drove to several other stores in the IE but the were all sold out! The sales associates were very helpful when I called and went out of their way to
to check their back room. They had one left and were kind enough to hold it for me. I'm happy that I received such friendly help from the sales associate.

Just wanted to leave a glowing review for Clementina working back in the furniture department. She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. I visited this store on May 22nd this year and purchased a set of bar stools. The store was very clean and they have hand sanitizer and wipes available for customers near the entrance which is greatly appreciated during these difficult times with that pandemic.
Once again Clementina was very helpful and even help us load the box with the bar stools into the truck.

Great place to shop, friendly and helpful employees. Bring back childhood memories when this place was called pick and save :)

They are rearranging their store currently but I mainly go there for the customer service! I live in Lake Elsinore but they are worth the drive. I highly recommend this Big Lots location.

Really big comparing to Moreno Valley. Awesome deals and big and easy parking lot.
