Best shop I have ever been to! Most recently, Ashley helped me out and gave me guidance on the point system that Cookies uses! I must say that I am overly impressed, extremely satisfied, and do recommend!

My favorite shop! Everyone is super knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. A huge shout out to Courtney for helping me pick out some amazing edibles, while being a complete sweetheart! Thank you all for being such an incredible team!

I visited the San Bernardino Cookies store today to pick up some meds And I had one of the best experiences of my life. My bud tender Ash was super friendly and helpful in assisting me in finding what I was looking for. She even went above and beyond when she asked one of her colleagues to show her how I could get the first time patient discount. He helped us in a speedy manner his service was great as well. I would recommend you stop by and visit them both.

40% off Stiiizy on Saturdays makes this a no brainer. I also love the fact that you literally get hands on access to the products and ya. Ashlee made the visit even better with her helpfulness and even a little travel advice. Cookies is where it's at.

I just wanted to say that I am handicapped and require a little of assistance they were over the top helpful finding me exactly what I needed from the minute I walked in the door until the minute I walked out they were completely accommodating. That makes a huge difference on my choices to return to a store therefore as for here I will definitely be returning not to mention they have a great variety.

Katarena was amazing! She had just clocked in and came out to see if anyone needed help. I asked her for advice on what to get for a replacement battery, edibles, and a disposable. She was so sweet and very helpful. Thank you!

Great selection of items. Affordable prices and always have things on discount. We got some good information from the representatives at the location. We learned a lot about the different products they offer and how to properly utilize them for our benefit. Very lively atmosphere and would definitely recommend for anyone browsing an array of decent style of products. Security on site. They have branded merchandise in the store as well. Plenty of parking on non-busy days.

Alexander was'awesome-sauce!' He was very helpful and courteous. And, Trinity A. was helpful as well. Anytime I go down there to buy, (Down from Crestline.), EVERY 4-5 days? Everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly and down. I like their deals and point system. Yes, there are MANY dispensaries in S.B. But, I like to shop and spend where I feel comfortable. They DO that for me.They have a GREAT staff.

Always super friendly & knowledgeable. I haven’t had a negative experience yet and I come multiple times weekly so I definitely recommend. Haven’t went to a different shop since starting to come to cookies lol that’s been over a year I’d say lol I definitely love the team 😘

ED was very personable and well educated on the floor with the products. With how many different customers that come into the shop daily, ED remembered my Fiancé name when we walked in the door. That's is outstanding customer service 👏. We will continue to come to this location when visiting due to the great experience we receive each time we go. Kudos to the store!!!
