Lucy was extremely helpful!!! We had been having issues with our account for a week before coming to this store. And in a couple hours she completely helped us! Completely satisfied.

Great place to get all your phones or TV service. Customer service is excellent here. Security guard is cool.

After purchasing an online plan, the new SIM card did not work. I went to several AT&T stores with little help. Then I went to San Bernardino where Dan spent more than an hour attempting to activate the account. Corporate said that within 24 to 48 hours it would be connected. Three days later, no connection. Dan helped me again spending more time with corporate, finally resolving the problem. Technically, he did not have to help me because it was an online plan, but felt sorry for me because it is my only phone. THANK YOU DAN!!!

Karina helped me out even though they were about to close i got there super late but she took the time to help me and get my phone transfer situation taken cared of she deserves recognition anyone else would have. Just told me to come back tomorrow and it had happen before but she was amazing

Ivan, the ATT rep, was kind, knowledgeable and professional. He was helpful and took the time to answer our numerous questions. He was so patient with us. We have definite plans to upgrade our phones between September and November, so we will most certainly ask for Ivan again!

Jorge is the best! Needed to do a pre-order and an upgrade and he was very knowledgeable on the new samsung devices and transparent with how the process will play out. Definitely recommend asking for Jorge for any of your AT&T needs!
