I actually reviewed about a week ago in frustration because of my on line account not working but today David in wells fargo deserves 5 stars for his patience and time he spent with me on getting my account to work online. I definitely recommend David if anyone needs any help with there banking!

Ester is one of the most professional employees at Wells Fargo. Her dedication to the company is obvious and she is beyond knowledgeable. She is always incredibly helpful and sincere. What a great person and member of your team, WF. Don’t take an employee like her for granted.

I went today to simply deposit some cash and I was delighted by the wonderful, kind service that I received from Julianna. Wow! She struck up a genuine conversation with me and made me feel appreciated and known as a customer. In a world where customer service seems to be dwindling, Julianna was a breath of fresh air! Just want to give a note of appreciation, it made my entire day! Thanks to all the bankers and tellers who give us great service and make us feel like people and not another number!

I went here because I had to close some accounts. Initially it appeared like I was going to have to schedule an appointment to come back to accomplish this, which would've been frustrating because I had already tried calling the 1-800 Wells Fargo number to schedule an appointment but the automated service line had simply hung up on me past a certain point.

Instead, Nick Horning (Branch Manager) saved my day - he said he was willing to meet on the spot instead of going through the usual appointment process. Superb! Personally, I am happy with this level of service. Nick and I had a great conversation as well.

Honestly, initially I was a bit put off by the reviews of this location, but apparently since the Sedro-Woolley location's staff were partially merged into the Mt. Vernon location since the Sedro-Woolley WF has closed, things may not be as they initially seem here on Google Reviews regarding accurate and up-to-date feedback. Regardless, my experience here was positive so I am doing my part to show that.

Naomi saved the day and helped us notarize a document without an appointment. She was friendly, professional and got us in and out quick. This location did a great job with Covid regulations. There was someone outside opening the doors, sanitizing and making sure the lobby wasn’t too full. Very pleased with our experience.
