Love this local spot. People have put in a lot trails from the 210 FWY to the mouth of Cucamonga Canyon. Seems like I find a new trail every other time I go. If you inter connect a variety of the trails, some fun little MTB loops can be created. Great for both walking and bikes. When the rain fills the settling pools, you can swim the dogs. In the spring, the wildflowers can be impressive. I have seen snakes, including rattle snakes, so beware during snake season.

Yeah not much of a hiking trail. Go elsewhere if you want a hike, this is a stroll. I would go to Claremont hill wilderness park if you want a hike. There's also some digging and construction going on as well here. Oh and you park in front of a private property.

It gives the illusion of being in a remote area. First and foremost it is a flood control area. You will come across other hikers with dogs, mountain bikers and horse back riders.
Toward the mouth of Cucamonga Canyon are a half dozen water recharge basins that the county is doing maintainance on. Other than that, the area is mostly chaparral.

Love the creek here, a good place to unwind and chill with the family. I see a lot of people hike up there. Some are out cleaning up, picking up trash. Im sure thats one of the reasons why its so clean. Definitely recommend

Can park there, but in front of private homes. It's an easy to get to viewpoint with good trails. I have never seen water there. Have to try in the wintertime.

Love Cucamonga Creek used to come here when I was a kid it's awesome to get to the waterfall and get into the creek it's only waist-high very refreshing

Nice bike ride off the beaten path. Various options on where to keep riding from the trail as well.
