Outstanding company from the office, to each of the technicians. We have had Bronco servicing our heating and AC unit for years now. We had the original heat pump (30- years old) and they kept it running during all the heat waves over the last few years until it finally needed to be replaced. Kevin, our technician and installer was professional, extremely informed and competent and explained everything to us that we would need to know about our new unit. Alison in the office, is top notch at helping you navigate all you need from financing info to planning out the timing of the install and sends daily updates for when the technicians are arriving. They also kindly installed our smart thermostat too.
*It is also much smarter to get your unit replaced in the winter when it is a lower price and they are not slammed with all the people who need servicing in the Summer. I highly recommend.

Phil and Alison offered highly responsive and professional service when our 30-year old HVAC system broke down last winter. They sourced a high-quality unit and handled the roof install super efficiently and at a competitive price. Alison took care of our SMUD rebate submission; zero effort on our part. When a question came up about the unit a few months later, Phil came out same-day to tune things up.

Phil and Alison are the ones you want for your HVAC needs. Experts in the trade with fair prices and just all around nice people. I found them because I had signed up for a service plan with one of their competitors. Last year when my system needed an actual repair, their competitors rewarded my loyalty with a bid for over $2K! Phil came out and fixed my system that day in about an hour for $200. There’s a 108 heat wave coming this weekend. But I have a new system installed by Bronco. I couldn’t be happier.

Phil came by on short notice and checked on our HVAC unit, thankfully we didn’t need a repair this time, but he was incredibly knowledgeable and really informative. He doesn’t try to sell you on anything you don’t need and seems to really care about his clients. Will definitely be recommending him and his company to anyone I know. When our HVAC gave out, the folks at Bronco were able to come out in the same day to see what might be the problem. After offering options for repair or replacement, we opted for replacement--with some anxiety about what the potential cost might be. That said, within one week we had a new energy efficient Heat Pump HVAC installed at a cost that was lower than expected. While we're grateful to have heat in our home again, we're even more thankful for the human touch and clear communication we got from Bronco. I give them my highest recommendation!

We had 2 other techs come out to try and figure out why our AC was not working efficiently. One recommended on the age of our unit to replace it . Bronco heating and air came out and diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly . I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a tech who will explain whats going on and be upfront and honest with you .

I recently purchased a 5 ton split gas system from BPHA. I got three bids and Bronco came in at the lowest price. The quality of install seems to be really good. I am satisfied with my system. The inspector came out and said he was satisfied. I would hire them again. I probably will because I have another unit that needs to be replaced soon. Also, their crew is really nice. Good people!

I have been using Bronco Plumbing, Heating and Air for a long time and they always provide me with the BEST service. They are very reliable and they come as quickly as possible. They are very punctual and honest dealing with their customers. This is a company that you can really trust. I only have great experiences doing business with them. I will never call another plumbing company! I purchased an older home not too long ago and it has had some plumbing issues. Each time I have had to call Bronco I have gotten Lupe the lead plumber, and let me tell you he is fantastic! Honest company, with reasonable quotes. They are knowledgeable and they really work with you. I feel very taken care of every time I have made an appointment. Great customer service and an honest company who doesn't overcharge! Always more than satisfied with my experience.

Earlier this year, Phil installed our HVAC at our company's building and it's been incredible. He and his employees had the unit up incredibly fast, and it kept us cool throughout the entire summer. Phil comes in at least once a month to make sure that the unit is working as it should, and he's been incredibly generous with his time and knowledge to help us prepare for the intense temperature drops/raises we experience throughout the year. Definitely the best, would recommend him for plumbing too!!

Have used for a couple years for maintenance, always on time friendly and professional. Recently had repair work done and very happy with results. They fit me in to the schedule early and work was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Bronco!

Today, Bronco completed work on my older HVAC that was inconsistently blowing air (off/on) by replacing a circuit board and rewiring some circuits. I found the technician to be highly competent, a good communicator, and on time. The price for the circuit board and labor seemed very fair. No deposit or initial labor cost was incurred until the part was installed and the work was completed on the second visit. The old circuit board was provided after the job and it clearly had heat/electrical damage, probably caused by the wiring. Heat and Cool are working now, but the verdict is still out on whether the re-wiring of the AC component will work out until the weather turns warmer. I'll post an update at that time, but if the AC works as expected over the summer, Bronco will have saved me some serious $$$.

Phil is a professional who performs high quality work. He values honesty and integrity. I have been a customer for over 10 years and he recently replaced my aging HVAC system. Phil and his crew were efficient and respectful of my home. He is also extremely competitively priced.

We called Bronco for help and they were here the very next day. Phil was fantastic! Kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. He stayed until the job was done right! Should I need HVAC help again, I am definitely calling Bronco. Now I can say I know a good HVAC guy!

This guy JUST finished fixing my AC (in about 15 min)

Mr. Bronco just came to my house on a Sunday to fix my broken AC. He was very fast, very honest and exceptionally reasonable (not even counting that he came on a Sunday). This is my new heating and AC maintenance/repair guy!

And he didn't try to upsell me even once! I feel like on a 90 degree day I would have bought anything he said to get my AC back running... especially after a day of hell (106*) yesterday.

here is what happened

I called our regular company yesterday morning when it went out (the outside part of the AC wasn't clicking on and off.. it was just staying off), they set up an appointment for Wednesday, after dealing with the heat yesterday (106*) with my 1 year old.. I just started calling 24 AC companies.. I called about 4, this guy was the first guy to get back to me. He said he had one in front of me and then he would be out to check it out. Meanwhile i googled how to fix your ac... and every time it got to 'if their is something wrong with the condenser outside you will need to replace the unit!!!!!"... At this point i was ready and willing. Then Mr. Bronco (i don't even know if that is his name - he gave me two cards and i still lost them... ah life with a 1 yo) came and said oh it is probably the compressor(i think that is what he called it, lets be serious i was just happy he wasn't telling me i had to replace the whole thing) ..... he showed me everything that was wrong with it and then replaced it for a MUCH lower cost than I was expecting.

I wish i could give him 10 stars.. i now have ac and my baby is sleeping :)... oh and today is my birthday so it is even better :)

If you want to job done right the first time then do not go anywhere but bronco plumbing heating and air. They save me from another company. Phil, Ryan, lance, Jesse are all awesome, honest and decent people. Use bronco. You will not regret it.
