Excellent experience with storage units & the Management is Amazing here!!! Always treated like family here! From day 1 to the Last day of our storage needs & we moved out. The manager was So Kind & Gracious me/us!
She was always so willing to help & said how much she was so happy for us to get our new home, but very sad that she wouldn't get to see us anymore. Just such a kind person!!!
The prices here were also Far Less than 90% of any other places around!!! Always on video surveillance for your protection. Gated with your own personal code. It was an Excellent experience!

Anna the manager need my experience I getting a storage unit more than I could’ve expected. She went out of her way to ensure I had all the necessary items to move in quickly and safety. Took the time to walk and share with me how to access quickly and safely. This is my second storage unit and I would have to say because of Anna’s attitude and professionalism, I continue to choose your facilities! ! Thank you so much Anna!!!

These lady's are friendly and on top of things, I recently had a situation with my debit card and they were totally understanding and worked with me, it made a frustrating situation feel a lot less tense ... Thank you for your help and understanding. I recommend Cascade Storage to anyone needing storage.

Very accommodating! Had a bigger unit for a few months and then switched to a smaller unit the day before my rent was due and they gave me the night to move my things and didn't charge me a dime! Had nothing but positive interactions with every employee I've spoken to. They have bathrooms onsite available during all gate hours which is very unique! I did a ton of research on all the storage units from Mukilteo to Arlington and this was one of two that checked all the boxes; indoor, heated, above first floor, early/late access hours, carts to use, plus more and they did whatever it took to beat the other facilities price! Very impressed with this facility after a few months! Came to this facility from one in Everett that kicked me out without any notice based on what someone said. Even with cameras everywhere they still took another tenants word over mine even tho video showed they were lying! I had been renting there for years and couldn't believe they would throw me out because someone made something up. Then tried locking me out of my unit after 24hrs had gone by. I'm confident I won't have any issues at this facility.

My experience there was amazing. I was able to to everything online and when I went in to grab my lock and keys I was greeted with smiles and laughs. I recommend anyone there.

We have been using this facility after moving for a month now. We love that it is new, staff have been friendly and it seems very secure. The facility has many unit options to choose from and they keep everything very clean. (I believe the image is a 10 x 20 unit)

What really great customer service Carie C. provided . She was so nice and took the time to explain everything, showed us to our storage unit and made the entire process so easy. And this is such a nice storage facility they designed it well keeping moving in easy.

The check in process of renting a unit here was fantastic! The customer service I received during the check in process was great. Lisa was friendly, honest, and concise about available units, prices, and even took the time to walk with me to each one. The facility is clean, orderly, and seems very secure. I am happy with my decision to rent from cascade, and so far I would gladly recommend it friends and family.

So far its been great. Your facility is super clean. It seems very secure with gates and key codes for the building. Lisa was super nice and helpful. She even offered to get me a uhaul in the size I needed when she didn't have one available. And she has said hi every time I have seen her. Very impressed.

I had been looking for an affordable unit to rent for a little while and I stumbled upon Cascade and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Aside from it being affordable for the size, the facility is clean and very well protected which was a big factor into where I chose to store my things. The office staff are very professional and very helpful. I stopped in and was helped immediately, had all questions answered and was able to be shown some different units without having to call in first. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!
