Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Went in looking for paint for our kitchen cabinets. We’ve tried samples from other places that carry paint and haven’t had any luck. I joked about having swatches all over our cabinets and Gillian told us about the app that lets you pick colors to try on whatever you’re painting.. sooo helpful! She was awesome

Clean, orderly store, easy to find what you are looking for.
Staff is knowledgeable and professional. Able to give advice when needed, but knows when it is not needed. Color selection is great. Has all the supplies you need for your job

This was such a great experience! I have recently became a supply manager at the company I work for, and so I’ve had to run around to different types of hardware stores, and this was by far the most friendly experience I have had. All three staff members here were extremely helpful and nice. The experience was so much easier than I originally thought it was going to be. Thanks for being so awesome, keep it up !

The staff is very knowledgeable and saved me from making a big mistake of putting polyurethane over an old Poly finish. Ended up painting instead, looks great and is better protected and cost much less in materials and labor. When I need more paint I just call, and they have it mixed and ready when I arrive. Great service!

Adam and his team are awesome people to work with. I’ve never bought paint at a Sherwin Williams store before, but I will be coming to this store for all of my future paint needs! If you want great quality and outstanding service - don’t bother going anywhere else!!

I ordered curbside samples and Ronni was super helpful! I needed to order more and someone else took the order and convinced me to buy a different brand. It was Not cheap! I started my project and was disappointed with the paint. I went back to the store disappointed and luckily Ronni was there! She remembered me and made things right. The new paint went on so easy, thick one coat coverage and looks beautiful!!

I have never bought from Sherwin Williams before but now Ronni has made me a forever customer! Thank you!

I’ve been to this store a handful of times and each time was a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do their best to accommodate what they can while the supply chain has been sketchy. It’s a great store.

On my first visit to Sherwin-Williams the customer service was great. The salesperson told me about their sale and what roller is best used for the paint I purchased. Service was fast and efficient. I was made to feel welcome.

The smokey point location has the best staff!! They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and most importantly kind and funny! They make sure that you know all the different deals that I have going on and if I moved away from Smokey Point I would probably still come to this location!!

Alec and his team were great in finding the right base paint and then custom mixing the color to match our 3 year old paint. Thank you for being persistent in getting the color right. Will continue to use Sherwin Williams for our paint projects.

I can’t speak highly enough of this store. I used to live in arlington and frequented Sherwin whenever we had a paint project. After moving to Mount Vernon and discovering that their staff was unfriendly and generally unhelpful I choose to make the drive to Arlington to give them my business. Jim and Kealen helped me out of a super frustrating situation completely of my own making, even though they really didn’t have to. 5 stars.

Jim makes this store the place to go!
I've been going here for 6 years because of him....everytime I've hit a snafu, he always has a solution that works!
He remembers me by name, greets me and always offers to help me carry my supploes to the car.
In the day and age if lackluster customer service, I feel privilaged to get to spend my time and money here!

Great customer service and faster/more convenient than big box stores. Why get crappy paint at Home Depot when you can get the best quality for just a few dollars more? Check their site for coupons.

Our go-to for paint, painting supplies, and specialty products. The associates are always helpful, and it’s especially beneficial that they can deliver generally next day, or have things ready quickly. Thank you for all of your help!

They knew what kind of paint I needed for the exterior trim on my house. They showed me several brands, colors, etc. and helped me decide on exactly what paint to purchase.
And they accepted my expired coupon!

The clerk was friendly and very knowledgeable. Was able to answer all my questions. The store had everything I needed for my project.
