Target

This is a larger Target than the ones in Bellingham and Burlington. Parking is plentiful, and the store is really clean and well-stocked! They have almost no automotive supplies, though, so we had to go elsewhere to pick up squirts.

I love this Target. Better selection than Bellingham. We stop here all the time on our way down to the outlet mall or Bellevue or wherever we're going down south.

I love this Target, it's clean, the employees are very friendly and helpful , what I want is always in stock , it is just an all around pleasing experience to shop there! Thank you Target, you will always have a loyal customer in me ☺

This store is always organized and has an excellent variety of products from clothes to groceries. The prices are a bit higher at Target but I enjoy going because the items are quality and unique. They have a great card selection and also kids clothing is adorable.

Some great Fall sales going on and well-worn the visit. I got an awesome 3 tier storage caddy for a great price.

The customer service is great! It's nice to shop for make up and be able to see everything and not have to look through glass or be supervised. I spent over $50 in beauty and got a gift card, the cashier with long dark hair by self check out filled me in on Target circle and watching deal on the app, she was so sweet and friendly. I'm buying all my make up and beauty needs at Target from now on. Thank you for trusting your customers and for great customer service!!

I ordered my items online and it was ready in just a little over an hour. The pickup was without any problems and very quick. This is a great store with great employees.

You see all these videos of people loving target and I never understood being from Canada. Now I still think they crazy but I kinda get it

The Smokey Point/ Twin Lakes Target location is one of the cleanest and most well stocked Targets in the general area. The employees are always happy to assist and have never disappointed.

location is just the right size target. if you go by when there’s clearance, there are some pretty awesome in store markdowns. ya the target app, makes shopping way easier by just scanning any tags or products to learn about them, check stock, or a handful of other tasks.

Had over the top customer service 2 days in a row,
First returned a patio furniture set because I ordered the wrong one and today the one I meant to order was delivered without any hardware so we returned that one.
Both times the associate was extremely helpful and apologetic. Thank You 😊

Bought a fan got home opened it. Fan was used scuff and broken! Not
Acceptable. Now I have to drive back on my limited time at 13 miles
With the current horrific gas prices. AND WASTE MY TIME!!
You either have a training problem or
A ethical problem whereas both are at the customer's expense and not yours!!

Targets Service and Engagement Executive Team Katelyn Kier reached out with sincerity and offered several options at my convenience to make the problem right. It was the type of customer service that one used to get 15 years ago when companies actually cared about their customers. I was very pleased and impressed by the way they corrected our bad experience. Even though they are further away then Walmart I will definitely be frequenting their store more often.
It is challenging to remember that our nation is still in a Pandemic and that EVERYONE is suffering from the lack of employees impacting customer service. I work on the real front line of this pandemic where nobody wants to be and see it every day. When you go to department stores, restaurants and other businesses they too are suffering from people not wanting to work with public or work period
Therefore their customer service is a challenge due to the simple fact they just don't have employees. We all including myself need to keep this in mind!

The specific laundry soap and dishwasher fluid I get this is the only place that carrys it. Havnt been able to find it anywhere else.

This service was amazing! We are practicing stay home- stay safe measures and have not had contact with anyone. This allowed us to do that, while picking up a few essential items. The employee kindly loaded the trunk and I did not even have to get out or have any contact. Thank you Target staff!!

Came to return something I bought at a different location and service was quick and no questions asked. Wish I had time to walk around the store. Looked like a clean and organized location.

Love coming to this particular Target. It has a hugh indepent parking lot and frendly staff. For Canadian shoppers, there is free wifi. If you are reading this then most likely you know this is located near Costco, Costco Gas, and Hobby Lobby. Another 5 mins Winco, Chick fil a, Cabelas, Walmart, Home Depot and the Outlet Mall. So we like to come to this location for our first stop. They seem to have clean restrooms....

Really awesome store! The toy section is amazing, my little ones love that. And they always have a good selection of shoes for boys, and girls. The clothes are awesome for boys, girls, men's, and women. The lines can be long...but just kill some time browsing and they clear up fast.

Had to stop by and get a few items. I had my 2 daughters with me, 5 and 10 months. My 5 year old was overly tired and just having meltdowns all over the place. I’m in the checkout line and she has another meltdown. The manager on duty, I believe his name was Freddie, not sure, I was about to have my own breakdown, moms can relate everywhere. Anyways, Freddie came and grabbed me and helped load my items on the belt and rang me up super quick. He was so helpful and understanding and just kept being so positive. After this whole ordeal, he then bought my two girls cake pops from the in store Starbucks. He was awesome! I really appreciate everything he did for me and his energy and hard work! I just want to say thank you so much and he made this moms night less stressful. Marysville, Wa Target 6/5 stars

i was looking for taylor swift's new album midnights and couldn't find it in the entertainment area. a nice associate named logan helped us out and told us there was a display for it at the front of the store. 10/10 employee !!
