From their adventures to their equipment rentals, SUU Outdoors provides great service and an opportunity to get outdoors in a safe and welcoming way.

They provide SUU campus as well as the regional community endless opportunity to find an adventure that will benefit yourself.

I had a chance to go oin one of their river trips this past year and I had a blast. The guides provided an experience that I'll not soon forget. We may have even had a surprise Snowcone at the end of our trip while still on the river.

The staff at SUU Outdoors are great! They are always willing and able to help answer questions and know a lot about activities in the local area. Their fleet of rental equipment is high quality, and a great, reasonable price! I’ve rented gear from them many, many times and definitely would recommend.

I have rented several times from SUU Outdoors and every time they have been fantastic! Staff are knowledgeable about the gear and places to see in the area and their prices are hard to beat! Students get awesome discounts and rentals are available to the entire community too!

I’ve loved the gear I’ve used from SUU outdoors and also their return policy is awesome. Pro tip: rent gear over the weekend or over holidays to get free rental days! I plan on using them again for my outdoor expeditions!!

SUU Outdoors is my favorite spot for rentals, trips, and friendly people! The staff are always so awesome and good with my questions, plus the prices are super reasonable. We only rented neoprene socks, but had interaction with 4 different staff personnel. Really friendly, helpful and a pleasurable experience.

The SUU Outdoors staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. And, being that cedar city is fortunate to sit in the middle of any kind of outdoor activity you can imagine, the department is fully stocked and able to get you on the adventure of your choice. Or, just to answer any questions you may have.

They have great prices for renting gear! Super friendly staff and they typically won’t charge you for days they are not open. They were the cheapest in town by far when I needed to rent a kayak.

Honestly not super impressed they were pretty stressed and unorganized and gave us a rental with missing pieces. Usually have a good time renting with them but today was an unpleasant exception

The people running the USU River camp are super inconsiderate. When taking out at Mexican Hat they were rude and pushy to other boaters. Then they blocked the entire space for hours and acted like it was their right. I've never encountered a more aloof and oblivious set of kids, especially the one dude who thought he was hilarious with his big daisy glasses. They ever getting in San Juan River permit again it'll be too soon.
