Great company, personal service. Garage floor coatings are commercial military spec for prices equal to lower grade products on market. They also do floor installations very reasonable for large concrete floors. Recommend them. Perfect.

They are no longer here. Somebody in New Jersey bought them out.

Unfortunately, my pleasant experience dealing with Top Secret Coatings ended after product arrived. It was nicely packaged and arrived somewhat fast, that's about it. I purchased garage floor paint package and paint started peeling immediately after application. I had a professional paint my garage and did not park in it for over a week to let paint dry properly. When issues begun, I called customer service inquiring about 10 year waranty advertised on their website. The immediate responce was, "please mail paint sample to out lab, we will see how we can help you." I mailed paint sample and patiently waited for the response that never arrived.
To make long story short, they never responded to me again, it is extremely hard to get anyone on the phone, and when I disputed credit card transaction they did not respond to my bank either since transaction was over 4 months old. Bank cannot do anything past 4 months and they knew to waste my time long enough.
For now I am sharing my experience, next step is to establish dialog with this ignorant merchant via attorney general in my state.
