Tina was fabulous! I showed up without an appointment or realizing that your supposed to place an order online and then do curbside pick up. She still went out of her way to help my daughter make a basket for her grandparents. Definitely the place to go for local gift baskets.

Found this business on a last minute google search for a gift basket to bless my best friend with a gift basket on what would have been her wedding weekend had it not been for COVID-19. I have nothing more to say than it was a pleasure perusing their website to find so many variety of options for gifting. Then connecting with the owner Pam to create my own customized basket was above and beyond in excellent customer service. I am excited to see the basket and I already know that I will be a return customer!

I ordered a birthday basket for my sister's birthday and she's loved it. She said the cookies were delicious and the basket was well crafted. Even the cookie boxes were all made up pretty. ☺ You can tell they enjoy what they do . Thank you for helping me bless my sister .

We picked the large crowd pleaser basket for a medical office as a thank you to the staff. They were beyond thrilled with the wide selection and lovely presentation. Will be ordering again in the future.

The candy bouquet for my boyfriend was perfect. She was able to custom make it with specific candy in a timely manner. Price was reasonable as well.

Like many others who are trying to make ends meet in this economy, my husband is working in WA while me and our children are several states away. For my husband's birthday, I thought it would be nice to send him a treat---and I called Celebration Gift Baskets and talked to a very nice lady named Pam. She *was* very friendly, and because I've not ever sent a gift like this before--I asked her questions so I could better understand what my money would be spent on. We talked, and she put any concerns I had at ease.

Later that evening, I received a call asking me to confirm which type item I wanted to send---it was explained to me that 'since I had asked so many questions, I had confused (Pam), and she sent the wrong item instead.' No professional courtesy of an apology--just a notification that since I had 'confused her', the wrong item was sent.

In the end, it was something akin to what I had originally wanted to buy for my husband, and like I said and have no problem asserting---Pam *IS* very nice and that's why I'm putting "Good" and not "Poor" for Service level--but honestly---if you want to do business with this store be ready for some very nice conversation---but BEWARE that if you ask 'too many' questions, if and or *when* your order comes out wrong, that as the customer, in this establishments eyes, YOU'RE at fault.
