Scott’s mechanics kept my 2004 Nissan Pathfinder running for 309,000 miles, and Jesse tracked down hard to find parts for my older vehicle. The quality of their work is excellent, and you will never meet a nicer group of people. I highly recommend taking your car to Action Automotive.

Great shop. Great team, very honest and reliable. I work on my own cars/motorcycles/etc, so I generally don’t love my experiences at a mechanic—but these guys do good business and are straightforward and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Usually smaller places don’t seem very professional but in this case the staff really have their act together. They know their jobs well, get parts in quickly and communicate status all at a professional level that’s very hard to find from repair shops of any size. In my case they diagnosed and fixed a pretty big problem and did it quickly.

Got my drive belt replaced for $125. 2 other places quoted me $275, and $250

These guys are great! My engine had seized on my Land Rover and sure enough everything they diagnosed and told me was true. I feel like even though I had to make a decision to have the dealership do the work I was grateful they were able to take the tow in and give me the truth I needed. I feel that Jesse and these guys are honest. If it's something they can fix or not - you will know honestly. Thanks!

Truck got stuck in 4WD while I was on vacation and I was able to drive it into Action Auto Repair. While they didn't have any room in the schedule to get to it that day, they did take some time to try to diagnose the problem. The truck didn't throw any codes, but the owner (I think) listened to the thing while flipping the 4WD dial and said that it didn't sound like the actuator was engaging. I wasn't anywhere near my campsite and needed a rental car to get around so it was for these reasons that I chose to get the truck towed to the nearby town of Redlands. When Toyota Roadside Assistance failed to secure a flatbed truck that day and told me that someone would be picking me up the next day, that left me with two new problems-it was going to be below freezing that night and I had a lot of gear that wouldn't all fit in the cab of the truck if I left the truck there. A member of the shop offered to drive me with my gear to the nearest hotel and I was allowed to leave the truck parked in the shop driveway overnight, neither of which they were obligated to do. Fast forward to the next afternoon, the truck got diagnosed as having a failed transfer case actuator (it was under warranty so covered by Toyota) so the owner nailed it! Overall, everyone was so nice and helped to ease the stress and anxiety of the very unfortunate situation in which I found myself and I can't thank them enough!

I was referred to this place by my pastor. I was not disappointed. When I called, i was set up with an appointment. When I arrived, I was told what was going to be done and I would be called with more info. Jesse gave clear details of what was done and what could possibly be needed to repair my car. I will definitely be coming back to this shop when I need it.

Another thing I discovered while in here is that they do all sorts of work here. If you need a tire change, they can do it. Oil change? They can do it...

We don't have a lot of auto mechanic services in this area but after some research and asking around I found Action Auto. Apart from some supply chain issues (not their fault) due to the current situation with covid and such, I found everyone at Action Auto to take care of my car problem quickly, honestly at a fair price. The office and shop looks very organized and clean and they seem to be part of the community they serve. I dealt mainly with Jesse and (I think) Scott. Good guys, great service.

My engine cover fell down and came to Action Auto Repair today. Jesse and another one there are so nice and help me fixed it right the way and giving me useful advice for future prevention. Good people !

I have always taken my car to action auto, it's been around 20 years I've done business with them! The whole staff is awesome! Robert is sooo very kind and helpful! Most importantly he is extremely honest! I know I can trust what he says!! Rick, Scott and Jesse are all awesome too! Best car shop ever!

Good, honest guys here doing good, honest work. They helped me get my 07 Dodge Caliber to clear smog and get back on the road, even up and down the mountain after it had been sitting as a non-op for almost 2 years.

I trust these guys, and would definitely recommend them. Quality of work is fantastic, and the fact that they are willing to work with you on the nuances of car problems is the best part.

I had a brake emergency trying to leave the mountain. They got me in and all fixed up in the same day! The staff is super nice and helpful and I wouldn't have been able to make it home for Christmas without them!

Came here from Big Bear for a trailer repair. Jesse (i think) hooked me up for free with a minor 3 minute analysis of the problem. Open Monday through Friday usual daytime hours. Real nice guy, fair and honest! He didn't want any money so I offered him a couple of bucks for a sandwich and soda for lunch at Rockys up the street.

I've had work done with action auto for times. Each time the quality was high, the turn around was good and the price was fair. Most importantly, they have been honest - never trying to sell me work I don't need.

I use them exclusively now.

Went in for my smog check, I was in and out in no time. I can't remember his name but the guy behind the desk was wonderful. So full of knowledge on everything I asked about my car, thank you Action Auto for everything

I got a blown spark plug repaired here along with a brake job recently. Their prices are very fair and I got good service. I would recommend them to friends and family.

If you have a non fuel injected Jeep {Carb} these are the go to guys! Honest decent owner and mechanics. All kinds of automotive repairs done here. Got it fixed right the first time.
