Fun place for individuals or families. Great place to let your kids play, and see some beautiful wildlife from Gods creation. Awesome place for fishing, only thing I haven't done was camp over night. Although, I have friends that have. And say it's a blast. Soon to do so myself. God bless, and hope you have a wonderful experience here. See the pictures of a recent trip. Caught rainbow trout, filleted, and fried. Super yummy.

By far the best park in hesperia. Everyone should come here. It’s so beautiful! You can fish, have a beer, there’s a playground, soccer fields, walking, and they even have ice cream and duck food available at the little shop. I recommend you get yourself, your family and friends out here.

Great place to see man made creeks and waterfall. Nice place to take walks too. Many ducks and fishing in the lake. You can Barbecue and let the kiddos play at the playground. But be respectful and not go in the lake or creeks. Clean up your mess after partying because many people throw their trash all over and it can kill the wildlife. The park trys to keep it clean but the public needs to be helpful too.

Nice place for that morning walk and good to see the fisherman trying for some lightning and rainbow trout. Great crew at the bait n tackle store there for refreshments and advice about techniques for trout fishing. Fun place for the novice and beginner to fish. Plenty of pelicans and other birds to see, like the Red Tail Hawk.

Love it here. I'm always asking my husband to come here. They have a nice park for the kids. Lots of picnic areas, grills, trails, there's fishing 🐟here. And lots of ducks🦆 and geese🪿, and different birds.🦤 Nice area to just wonder and walk around. ☺

This park and lake is a beautiful oasis in the High Desert! We enjoyed a wonderful Spring day with great weather in May! There are plenty of trees for shade, and the stream is Heavenly! There is a lovely playground for the kids and lots of ducks on the lake. We enjoyed a picnic area with tables on a concrete slab, next to a barbecue, and tons of grass all around. Also, a short walk away is the bathrooms. I would definitely recommend it!

Good place to take the kids. Good fishing. Was $20 adult and $10 for kids. We caught atleast 8 small fish but there were others who caught bigger bass. I like that there's a small store with snacks and bait.

It was our first time here but it was really nice. We took lunch and had a little picnic. They have a lot of tables available under really shady trees, they have a cool little stream with clean running water and a lot of ducks and geese around. Perfect family environment and a really nice place to bring your kids. Pet friendly as well. Really clean nice area to spend a family day .

Absolutely beautiful! Kids park is super cute. We went to the Pirate Renaissance Faire and had a ton if fun! Park is large. People were swimming in the lake (not recommend water looked nasty) and fishing! (2019)

Still just as amazing and more vendors this year! (2022)

Beautiful park with a lake filled with lake birds. We saw storks, Canadian Geese, White Geese, ducks, and more birds. Be sure to bring some bread with you to feed the birds. Saw a lot of people fishing here, but we didn't try it ourselves.

This park is an absolute gem! It's beautiful with amazing water features. A creek runs throughout with little bridges connecting the picnic and play area to the lake. It's rather spacious, lots of places to choose from to sit and just enjoy being outside. My kids all loved the play equipment. But the best part, there are sooooooo many ducks and geese!!! They even sell food at a little store in the front of the park. The water fowl are so tame they came and ate food right out of our hands. My children were absolutely enchanted! I saw lots of other families relaxing and fishing.

It does get crowded on the weekends. Lots of birthdays were going on the day we went, it looked like they were allowed to set up bounce houses! (Which I thought was really cool.)

There are bathrooms with running water, but it was kinda dirty and out of toiletries. I'm assuming this is because it was so popular the day we went. Buy I'll definitely bring my own tissue with next time we come.

I really am looking forward to coming back. I would also like to explore around the lake more.

Nice camping spots with good views of the lake. Shade on most spots, water, electric, but no sewer. There's only 1 toilet and a urinal in the men's bathroom for the whole camp. Showers look like they're only cold water, but free. I went in early Apr, it was busy, but a lot of spots were still open.

Absolutely beautiful place to go. Has a playground and you can also camp at the park. There is a big lake there where you can go fishing. They also have big open fields to play sports. Plus there is a small stream running through the park that my dogs and my kids love to play in, especially when it's hot out.

Awe we had so much fun. First spring citing of Mr. Squirrel. He was very accommodating to share the picnic area. The baby ducklings were kinda shy as their helicopter parents made sure to keep them encircled with love. But once they saw we weren't a threat, the geese welcomed us into their fold. Mr. Squirrel didn't want to be left out. He even like our snacks. The morning to mid-afternoon is a popular time for young families and fishing. Later on in the afternoon until closing you will see more older teen and young adult outdoor adventurers enjoying bbq, music and socializing. Good safe fun had by all.

Great place to go and unwind. I tend to go when there are less people and I can just fed the ducks without interruptions. They do have events here so I tend to avoid them because im not much for crowds. So if that interest you go check it out.

Enjoyed a peaceful day at the lake fishing with My Husband & Father. We caught 3 nice size trout. The lake is clean. The workers are very nice. There was quite a few people fishing but everyone seemed to abide by the 6 feet distancing requirement. Mask are required inside the store. There is a $22.00 fee for fishing. Fishing licences is not required. If you like fishing this is a nice late to go to. There is alot of fishing areas & parking. There is also a campground.
They have an actual restroom but where we parked it was quite a ways to walk, so we used the portable restroom & to My Surprise it was Very clean.

Beautiful little lake park. Small place for the kids lots of birds, squirrels and such around and waiting to be fed. The front store has bird feed I recommend getting at least once, all the birds in the park love it!
