Belgian Waffle Works

Bacon was great! I don't expect much from restaurants when eating waterside, seems because it seems like the food is mostly subpar. Well, not here. The food is reasonable and the service was pleasant and on point. We arrived at 9am on a friday and totally beat the crowds. It made for a serene breakfast overlooking the water from the outdoor patio. Outdoor patio was clean and welcoming. Parking lot was plenty. ADA accessible.

Great experience. Wasn't crowded due to the weather. Sat in the patio area, which has a retractable awning and patio heaters to keep you warm. Service was great by the entire, including the owners Adam and his wife.

We stopped here on a Sunday morning to have breakfast before leaving town. The staff was very friendly and quickly set up a table for our large group outside since we had our dog with us. The chicken and waffles were great, but I feel like you definitely have to try the Belgian waffle if you’re looking for something sweet. We had a side of country potatoes that were also wonderful. The staff was super nice and we were blown away by how quick our food was ready and brought to our table.

10/10 must visit!!! The Belgian scrambled eggs were fantastic. The side of the potatoes was amazing. The apple waffle with ice cream was great too.

Sitting on the patio we had an excellent view of the lake and a great environment.

The service was absolutely stellar! Everything was so streamlined and as a party of 2 we were quickly seated.

Great food and great views. Was a little tricky to find. Maps seem a little off, just enter from the lake side.

Not that it needs another 5 stars review. But this place it’s awesome. Excellent service, staff were very friendly and attentive to our table . Food looks good and tastes delicious. Definitely a place to stop by for breakfast/brunch.

We were looking for a diner experience, and this place definitely delivered. The waffles are what they’re most well-known for, but our group ordered a variety of sandwiches. The Reuben, chicken salad sandwich, the chicken salsa sandwich onion rings and sweet potato tots.

Definitely order the sweet potato tots and the Reuben!!! Everything else was ok but not worth my recommendation.

Great service and not too long of a wait on a Saturday afternoon.

A quick walk from where we were staying at Arrowhead Lake Inn. We were seated quickly, ordered and were served quickly. I have diet restrictions and they allowed me to order off of the children's menu. Good food! Made us happy.

Beautiful outdoor seating. Service is amazing, and the food is delicious! Food was out within 10 minutes of ordering. Servers are extremely friendly. Definitely a place to grav some breakfast if you are visiting Lake Arrowhead. Thank you!

The food was delicious and the view is stunning. The restaurant is on the dock side of the Village so you will be seated right on the lake if you choose the patio. It was incredibly peaceful

Visited during Christmas break, the Belgian waffles were really good! it's very different than the traditional American waffle, it is crunchy on the outside but soft in the inside. My friend and I loved the Belgian waffle! The other breakfast scramble we ordered was also tasty and flavorful.
We also ordered the Belgian coffee because we've never tried it before, but we ended up not liking it. It has a special taste.

Overall: recommend to visit here if you like waffles! You won't be disappointed!

Delicious food,good flavor! It looked like the wait was going to be long but it went really fast. You need to try it!

OMG! This place has the most delicious waffles! I was about to leave because I couldn't find it, even though Google Saif I was there 😅 on a whim I decided to go down some stairs that lead to the lake and this gem was tucked away in a corner.
The staff was so nice and we were seated in the middle tables but still had a clear view of the lake. We ordered the banana and creme and the s'mores waffles. Super delicious!

We ordered breakfast scrambled, ultimate grilled cheese, and veggie burger. All were very good and came out fast. Their patio has a lake view and we did not wait long (while being 12 on the list). Finally their prices were reasonable and less than those in typical tourist places.

Pros:
The dog-friendly patio got us in there.
Patio has view of the lake and the boardwalk.
The food is a solid 4 stars, and the waffles were amazing.
The service was excellent, and food came VERY fast.

Con:
The inside is a bit dated, albeit with a charm.

We liked it so much, we went back for lunch the next day. Giving 5 stars for the overall experience.

First time here, but the food, service, and scenery were very delightful. I will come back to try some other things they offer.

Staff is super friendly. There's a beautiful view of the lake. The food service was superb.

Great little breakfast spot! Wonderful dining experience. The GPS/map will lead you to the upper level of the village between Papagayos and McDonald's but this place is on the OTHER side of the building with a gorgeous view of the lake. Don't miss out!

A retreat dessert place when we arrive at Arrowhead Village after an hour drive. Crunch waffles and tasty ice cream. Service is fast and very friendly staff there. Will definitely go back and visit again.

I've been coming here to eat since I was a 13 year old kid who was periodically working here as a dishwasher. The food hasn't changed much since then. The Belgian waffles are amazing, the views of lake arrowhead are spectacular and the service is great.
