We take both our cars here and feel really taken care of. Paul has even taken the time to teach me how to do certain things myself! We have taken our cars to other places in the neighborhood that charge a lot more for the same service. So happy to have Accurate Auto in the neighborhood!

After walking into Paul's shop about 15 years ago and having a brief conversation with Paul I knew then that I had found a mechanic. Paul is honest, fair in labor costs, and his knowledge continues to amaze me. I have yet to have a bad experience with any car issues at Paul's. Like me, you will be glad that left your vehicle at Paul's.

I’ve been coming to Accurate auto for almost 7 years and alway been treated with kindness and respect. Paul is fair and honest, a rare combination in our world. His mechanics are respectful and skilled. Trish, his manager, is very helpful, warm and friendly when we visit. She goes out of her way to make sure our cars and family needs are met. She’s arranged for a ride home when needed and even went out of her way on a really bad day for me recently loaning me her own car so I could take my sick puppy into the vet! Trish goes the extra mile and then some. Cants say enough good things about how blessed our family is with Accurate auto as our mechanics!

I have been searching for YEARS for an honest auto mechanic and I FOUND HIM at Accurate Auto by the name Paul. Paul is AWESOME, honest, and accurate. Great prices, excellent work. Completely explains the work to be done and gives you thes best possible price.

My brakes were completely shot when I pulled into the shop. Left my keys at the desk and a bit later a call from Paul and explaining what he found and how to he was going to go about replacing them. I thought for sure I wasn’t going to be able to have all the work done done n one day, but much to my surprise it was finished quickly and correctly.

I’ll never use another mechanic or auto shop now that I have found Paul and Accurate Auto.

I've gotten tons of work done on multiple cars there and have a great experience each time. The receptionist is very nice and helpful with explaining everything that gets done and pricing as well - she even was willing to work around my work schedule so I didn't have to figure out borrowing a car. The work is always done in a timely fashion and I don't ever have to wait too long.

Paul, the owner, runs, by far, the best repair shop I've ever interacted with. Which, to be fair, isn't a huge hurdle to overcome. So to more accurately characterize the quality of this business, Paul runs on of the most fair, honest, transparent, customer and community oriented businesses I've ever interacted with, regardless of the service being offered. I have friends that come up from Seattle just to get oil changes at this place, specifically because of the quality work and honest practices these folks engage in. We're lucky to have this business in our town.

I just moved into the area and wanted to find a local mechanic shop. I have now used their services twice with complete satisfaction. The only complaint I have is they are so popular that you may have to wait a week or so for service, but it's worth the wait. Paul is not only a professional but an excellent businessman who understands that customer satisfaction is more important than short term gains. He's just an honest small town auto mechanic, very rare these days.

Came in already stressed from a busy week and was immediately relieved by the treatment received from this establishment. The reviews don't lie everyone was incredibly friendly and I was proud to support a fellow mechanic that served overseas. My Jeep Liberty 2008 heater stopped working and sure enough the timing belt and water pump was leaking coolant. They replaced the water pump and serpentine belt in 2 hours did it under $400. My wife and I were able to enjoy our first photo shoot with our son and be back in time to pick up my Jeep in excellent working condition. The ride home was nice and toasty and I have Accurate Auto Service to thank for that!

Needed my water pump replaced stat, single parent with 1 vehicle! Every other placed I called needed to have my truck overnight. I brought my truck in at 930am got a call that it was done at 1230pm. Thank you for the very fast repair job! Much appreciated! Will recommend to everyone.

Paul and his staff are some of the best around!!! I've taken my car there and his is always able to diagnose a problem asap. When my starter went out, my dad was about to be leaving to reno, and he knew we wouldn't be able to have one vehicle. He got it done that day and called us in to pick it up. He is not only a great mechanic, but a honest and caring one for that. Thanks Paul!!!

Today was the first time, I visited this place and all I can say is, I can't give them enough praise. Paul, the owner went out of his way to fix my door handle and called a locksmith to fix all my locks, including on the trunk. And it cost me very little. Paul didn't even charge for his labor. I know, I am a lifetime customer now and will not go to any other place. I have a hard time trusting mechanics, whom I don't know, (bad experiences in the past) but Paul and his place of business,I trust completely . Thank you again. Katalin.

Before coming here, I took my 2006 Mazda 3 in to a dealer because the radiator cap broke. The dealership said my car was totaled because of "rod-knock." It was a total lie. Brought it to Accurate Auto Service, and they did a full diagnosis, drove the car around to ensure everything was ok, and gave me true recommendations on what was needed. They fixed the radiator cap, performed a tune-up, and gave recommendations on next steps to continue caring for the car.

After being lied to or receiving a very poor assessment from a previous dealership, Accurate Auto Service gave me a correct estimate, and are very fair and honest.

I have had the best service from Paul and his crew. Always done in a timely manner and very professional. I have and will continue to recommend Accurate Auto to friends and family. By far the best around.

I can't say enough good things about this place. My husband and I found ourselves in "nowhere" Eastern Washington with an automatic transmission going. My first call was to Paul (not AAA). He didn't know of any transmission services in the first town we were going to find but got on Google and not only found us a shop within 7 miles but also called them to talk to them directly. Then he called me back with the information and reassurances. We limped in to find them waiting for us and they had, with Paul's info, already called a rental car location for us. On top of all that, Paul called us back that night to be certain that everything had gone well. I have always been happy with the repairs work he has done, but this was over and above.
