I have used the pharmacy at Woodinville for years. They call me if they are going to be late or don't have enough to fill my prescription but they will give me some to get me through if I am out. The customer service is outstanding and they are always friendly.

They only carry generic and make it a pain to get your prescriptions.

Never had a problem with Costco pharmacy at woodinville before. Called pharmacy to get a prescription refill. The lady said that her system isn’t up since last 3 hours and thus can’t tell me how soon the refill will be ready. If the system was down, not sure how she was able to verify my record. Anyway, it’s 3rd day now and I haven’t yet received an update on prescription refill.

Waited for 20 minutes for them to tell me they did not have record of my prescription. Then waited another 5 minutes to speak with a pharmacist to see if she could help. Before she even tried to find it she was telling me I would need to wait until she helped the guy in line behind me. Left without my medication, will never use this pharmacy again.
