Ashton Fae was on point with our listing. She was actively pursuing the postings of our land with different sources. When we did have a buyer she was in constant contact for negotiation to get what we need for a sale price. She promised results and that is what we received. Before the sale we also received a report of how many viewings we were getting on our post. Anton and Jon were always polite, professional and helpful to the extent they could be with a tough sale situation. I had attempted to sell my house a few years ago and could never seem to catch the attention of the appropriate buyers. With Jon and Anton's help, I was able to come up with a strategy that provided me with good coverage in the market in Seattle. While it took a little longer than expected with a few road bumps along the way, I felt that Anton and Jon were 100% there to back me up when I really needed them to. I also thank them for their extreme courtesy and professionalism when I was at the end of my rope with personal stresses. They really helped in keeping me sane and focused through a difficult sales process that was complicated by rude neighbors, necessary and expensive repairs and a stilted negotiation with first time home buyers on the other end. I feel they always did their best to get me the best deal possible, and I am very happy with this real estate office. From the beginning, Jon Hodgson helped my wife and I find what we were truly looking for in a home. After an initial phone conversation, Jon came and met us at our home to discuss what we were looking for, area to look, price range, etc. Jon showed us several homes and helped us find the one we wanted. Jon even set us up with a mortgage broker and helped that process along as well. Jon was responsive, responding to phone calls and emails quickly, usually within the hour of contacting him. Jon made the whole home buying process effortless.
