Amy went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of (I know that is said in a lot of instances, but this one is definitely unique): Our first agent we worked with was incompetent and almost derailed our efforts to purchase. Amy came in to a tough situation, righted the problems, and stuck around for almost an entire year (closing took just shy of 1 year). She also helped sell another property of ours in the midst of the super long purchase. She was attentive to our needs, was prompt in communication, and we never missed a deadline. I had a wonderful opportunity to work with Amy Wagner with the purchase of two separate houses and the sale of one. Throughout the whole process in a very stressful situation she was simply amazing and always available. In the midst of the pandemic in April 2020, She helped me buy a home while I was living out of state sight unseen. She did a walk-through video of it while talking to me. Amy was our realtor for the selling of our home of 35 years. We had been on her Christmas card mailing list for years, and when we decided to sell, she was our only choice. Amy was an excellent choice for both the sale and purchase of our home. She took the time to do her homework about out home before our appt, she give an honest assessment of our home and what we would need to do to maximize the sale. When the home was ready to sell, she and her photographer made an incredible video of the home showing all it's highlights. The listing went live and with in a few weeks we had a buyer in a very crazy market. She really put forth the effort to be available for all our questions and concerns, walked us through processes and kept us informed as well as being a calming soul to keep us at ease when we were getting overwhelmed by how fast things were progressing.

Now on the buy side. In our first meeting appt, we presented her with a wish list of what we were looking for. This was one of the things i think that helped her help us. No guess work, she was able to send us listings that were as close to our wish list as can be possible. During our search she presented us with a few homes that were just outside of our price point BUT met our needs. These homes had been on market for a bit longer than some so we decided to view them. Home number 2 was a home run for us. We had a discussion and decided to come in with an offer in our price range and less than a few hours later our offer was accepted. Amy was with us through every step, and right up to meeting us at our new home welcoming us in.

Some advise. Help her help you. Put in writing what you are looking for, be prepared to make some allowances as NO home is going to meet 100% of what you are looking for unless you have it built so be open. Be willing to possibly improve some things before you sell, she is there to be honest and helpful, ask questions, be patient and know that not just she but her team as well will give you the same professional, friendly service we received. Highly recommended you will not be disappointed.
